In Beyond Disrepair! Destroyed Otis Series 5 Hydraulic Elevator at Dun Huang Garage in Houston, TX.

Video Recorded on February 10, 2023: Wow. This is just unacceptably BAD!!!! I could NEVER imagine that this elevator has been broken down for so many years and had no budget to put it back in service. Many years ago, I came here, and it was broken. Fast forward to now, not only is it broken, BUT...the call button is GONE now! All is left are some exposed wires. Look at the hoistway doors on this floor I'm on when recording this video. They are crooked and you can literally see the elevator car underleveled below the main floor! For a long while, I've been wanting to get a much better take of this elevator, especially in HD, but it always has been broken and now it's gotten worse. Unbelievable! Installed in 2005.
