ingredients
600 grams mutton
2 bundle spinach leaves
6 green chillies asper taste
1/4 TSP salt
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 medium onion
1 big tomato
1 TSP red chilli powder
1 TSP full coriander powder
1 TSP cumin powder
1/4 TSP turmeric
1/2 TSP pepper powder
salt to taste
1 medium sized lemon juice
2 to 3 sticks cinnamon
4 cloves
2 tbsp kasoori methi
1 TSP garam masala
