Wow man, so many good things happening in this round! It wasn't just the putting that was dialed - you also chipped like a boss and striped some of those iron shots. It's a shame that so many doubles crept up on you after the 8th hole...this felt like a round that would have been a 76-80 with some better breaks from the golf gods. Also, you're living proof that iron tech is overrated. You struck those $230 irons better than I'd hit any $1,500 set.
Great video; new subscriber. I also bought the Orlimar one-lengths; I wanted to try one-length irons, and they were an inexpensive entry set. I liked them so much that I bought a set of Cobra F9 one lengths as an upgrade. Luckily, I bought the Cobras used from Global Golf, because they really weren't an upgrade. I'm back to using the Orlimars now. Hybrids and I don't get along, so I like the fact that the Orlimaars include a 23.5* five iron. My only complaint was the factory grips, and I changed those to Winn Dry-Tacs after the first week.
Good video. The drives were a little off, but the chipping and putting were dialed in. Can’t wait to hear how the one length Cobra 3 hybrid plays. I’m thinking of getting one myself.
The front 9 was great. That was awesome to watch. I have considered one lengths before. Maybe I will give them a shot. Glad you like them. Are they going to stay in the bag? Can't wait for the next one.
I was putting lights out on the front haha. Definitely got in my head a little after I lost that ball. Still had a good day and trying the one lengths was fun. Still have them in the bag 👍
I float between a 9 and a 11 haha. Officially right now it's 8.5. Right now I'm just a weekend golfer who doesn't practice and really should. Played a little in high school but stopped in college and picked it back up because of the pandemic. Thanks for watching!
So I did give the Cobra Forged Tec one lengths a try (bought them used of 2nd Swing) and if I am being honest I didn't feel like I was getting 700 dollars more value out of them compared to the Orlimars lol. The next couple of videos you will see me playing with the Cobras and yeah result is similar and they didn't feel any better to me personally. I ended up returning them to 2nd Swing and I have a 4 utility iron (one length) and a 3 hybrid (one length) that ill give a go. The speedzone/radspeeds are probably more comparable to the Orlimars but since I hit the Orlimars well enough I am going to stick with them.

Just goes to show it's not the equipment haha. Thanks for your continued support appreciate it 👊

Why is the quality "just ok"? Sounds like they are well made enough for a personal best? Thanks for the video! Just subbed!
For instance, I can peel off the label in the cavity back pretty easily if I so choose 😂

They are currently staying in the bag 😎 kinda sad since I just got my Wilson irons haha but can't argue with the results.
Has anyone played with the Orlimar hybrid iron set? Have any input? Sounds like orlimar is a solid budget club brand?
Dang you were dranging putts on the front 9, Lol sometimes shooting really good on a front 9 can get in your head and affect your back 9!😅

hey man, do you use the one length wedges for chipping?
This video is older but recently just picked some up and I like them! Time will tell of they stay in the bag.
@@GolfParfection choke down? Grip the same to try and streamline? I am hitting cobra one length right now and not sure how to handle chips
I just choke down a little around the greens. Everything else I play the same 👍
Just discovered your channel, great videos!
Out of curiosity, what's your golf background and handicap?
Keep up the good work :)

Thanks for the reply, looking forward to seeing more from you 👍
I know this video was about the irons, but damn, those big birdie putts were tough!! 😤😤
The putter was on 🔥 that day haha
Just joined your discord. I don't think I am able to message just yet there though. Are you still using the Orlimar one-length irons?
Taking them out today on the course they are still in the bag 👍
GGs man that was a good watch... You tried to radspeed set? Curious to know if you felt much difference...

We're u hitting those irons in the middle of your stance or one ball left..?
One ball left 👍
Have u tried the cobra Ltdx one length irons.. the 5 and 6 iron aren't that easy to hit..
I haven't tried the LTDx ones. Only these orlimars and the Cobra forged tec one lengths.
Great times man! You might have to switch to one length for your gamers!
They are still in the bag 😂 took them to spyglass where the greens fee was more expensive than the entire set.
@@GolfParfection hahahaha I’m glad you’re sticking with them man. PURE AF
