You need a lot of patience champ and lets say you never reach a high amount of money or your biggest goal ,in the end of your life you can say „I tried“. My opinion is that you didn’t tried enough if you haven’t reached your goal. But beside my opinion, you came so far to quit now champ ?

It sounds like you have never tried because when you do you realize something new and how the things that you learned in the process, in the journey will help you get to where you want to go. Now if what you learned is that you choose that you do not want to continue in this way. Then what you need to do is rephrase the statement "I quit". When saying this you will never continue; when it sounds like you only need to take a break for the moment.
Now if this don't apply to you, OK.
You can tell others that you quit so, that they let their guards down against you. Just don't tell yourself that you let yourself down. Ask yourself if you want to quit continuing or do you want to quit for the moment and work from there.
