Oh my God Dan this was divine timing. I literally just prayed 10 minutes ago. I was in a meeting with my supervisor and everything seems to be going wrong at my job. Coaching but I am trying to come up with a strategy to get to California to do it. I feel like that is where I need to be. I thought about doing it over the phone and skype but right now I am not in a good spot to do that. I will get there though. I have moved to seven different states I just have to come up with an idea.

I found this channel because I search for Job interview questions. Wow! Your words is amazing. Slowly absorbing it I realized what's wrong with me why I'm not landed to my goals in life. Thank You Dan Lok.
I came to this conclusion recently after feeling frustrated. I was blaming lots of things in my life, the fact I grew up fucked up, my family, the "system" and so on. I have a dream job in mind and I have some of the skills but not quite enough. I am falling short. But part of me is being stubborn and wanting what I want when I want. I am being honest with myself now and know I need to upgrade my skills. It may take me 1-2 years. But it doesn't stop there. I have dreams of a business, having real estate and so on. And I want to jump to that ASAP. But I realize a foundation needs to be set into place beforehand and I have to inch my way toward those things. Thanks for the video. It just reinforced what I had been thinking.
When things are not working, when Sh*t happens, I keep pushing. That's what I apply in my UA-cam Channel, keep fighting Dan!
I love that this does not give general bullshit advise (e.g. you need to work harder, keep pushing through, things will work out if you believe blah) and gives it real to you like hey, maybe your expectations/skills are the problem. Great video!

I needed this video, I work in sales and today I had a customer that completely ruined my day. Hi Dan, great video and thank you for sharing. I had that exact same problem. Now I am working on my 5 year long vision goal plan breaking it down to years, months, weeks, and days. I also working on my paradigm. I am now re-programming my paradigm also called a paradigm shift. Now I am starting to see a difference in my results. It's all in one's mind and I realized when I did not get results that I had to look at myself and study and learn to make shit happen. Powerful stuff. How could I get to my goals faster? My reality for my vision isn't happening fast enough. Unrealistic expectations ultimately lead to disappointment. Don't set yourself up for failure. Anything significant you want to accomplish in your life takes time. THINK AND GROW RICH- accurate thinking. Keep your momentum going. Each day you do that, you're making your dreams happen. Take a look at your current skill sets. Are you upgrading your skills to become that person you need to become to reach that huge goal you have? Are what you're doing getting you to your goal faster? The more mastery you have in something, the more you'll be able to go head to head against life's challenges in that area you're developing your mastery in. Thanks, Dan!!!

LOVE the channel! Well said! I was setting very unrealistic expectations to early, which made me not start a LOT of things I left on the table. But, with a little bit of patience I've been able to finally make a full time income using affiliate marketing. While also working on my UA-cam channel for my personal brand to document my success... Thank you Dan, this was an awesome talk. I think one of the hardest things people do is be honest with themselves and look at what the fuck is going on. Like you said if shits not working do a real self evaluation and see why. They need to leave that ego at the door and know we all fucking fail from time to time but we need to learn from it and keep going forward toward the goal or perhaps we come to realize another goal in the process to our destination.
Also, i think to many people expect shit to just happen like that, they forget there's more then meets the eye to success and achieving things. There's a lot of shit behind the scenes we all got to deal with to attain that final goal we desire.
