The biggest betrayal was Raj using Sheldon's toothbrush. Because we all know how Sheldon reacts to someone using his personal belongings.

This was before the final scene where Sheldon gave Leonard a slushie, and after he drank it, Sheldon revealed it had mango caterpillar in it, that for me is the funniest scene.

@@Amby6002 ... Well, as it turns out, there's been a homeless guy slipping in your house right after you go to work.
I was never a huge TBBT fan, but the reason I still enjoyed it was for scenes like this where the long pauses in the banter for the laugh tracks are actually justified as you focus on the characters' reactions as they struggle to process and stomach the information they just heard.

It's reminds me several scenes of Friends where each character tells the dark secrets of an other one to the others.
A lot of the plots of TBBT are taken from Friends directly.

I thought the one where sheldon had to take penny to the hospital was incredibly funny. The way he twitched and tried to smile while saying "there there" still cracks me up. I still watch it everyday
How Leonard doesn't beat up Sheldon for the moth thing and Raj doesn't hate Howard for exploiting gifts from him I'll never know.

One of the best things about TBBT is how natural the interactions between these four guys come out, no matter how weird they all are and how bizarre their behavior and actions. They make you even forget they are just actors playing out a written script.

Unbelievably funny writng and of course great delivery by these, are beloved characters. How do those writers come up with this stuff? I would love to learn about that creative process.
Mainly just sitting around and talking. If you ever get the chance watch the new Seinfeld show "Comedians riding in cars and getting coffee".
Find the one with Larry David - when they're sitting in the cafe drinking coffee it sounds just like the old Seinfeld show.
