    This was a HUGE help , also just to mention that stallion told me even if I’m buying my own labels they still want me to print batch labels . Thanks for your videos on shipping ❤

      Yes! They always want batch labels so the status should change from "pending" to "ready"

    I just hit the $600 threshold a few days ago so thank you for the link to the form hopefully they get back to me quickly...I have three sales waiting to get shipped! Also, from what I was notified from Transferwise is that they aren't issuing USA bank accounts right now so there's a delay.

      Oh really? Did they mention why there was a delay? If they plan on issuing more soon I would just hold off on transferring any funds to a different account unless you have another plan in place

      @@thriftythreadsneedles there was no reason behind the delay it just says they've stopped issuing personal bank accounts right now. I'm just going to use PayPal until it gets resolved!

      @@genbee350 didn't it say to update your banking details... with a new account? or will they be pausing receiving usd to the currently existing us accounts ? (asking as a canadian). because i looked at the details and it says: "current us account" and "past us account". but i dont see a label for "new us account"

      @@xoxjelloxox I'm in Canada too trying to set up a new USD account It says we've temporarily stopped issuing USD account details to new personal Wise accounts. We're working to fix this as soon as possible. If you already have one it doesn't apply to you. When you sign up click on where it says no account details are available yet under USD balance and scroll down the page and in tiny italics at the bottom it says they are pausing accounts.

      @@thriftythreadsneedles Hi did you get a notification for US poshmark to update your information ex. name address, phone number? i tried entering my shipping info but it didn't work... did you encounter this problem?

      It would be the number printed out on the labels given by poshmark!

    Im finding stallion is taking a long time so get and scan my packages. 5 -6 days. From Alberta. I may have to try another company. as my ship time on Posh US is 9 days ..... Yikes! Im assuming That Im not the only Boarder shipper thats had this experience however . Thanks for the useful information in your videos. I'll continue to follow.

      I've found recently that they've been taking awhile to start tracking as well..it used to start tracking same day once their warehouse received it. Not sure if this is a temp thing or not. If you go under your shipments and click problems "shipping but not tracking" I find the package starts tracking faster.

    Thank you for sharing your videos. Been following for a long time. They have really helped me and my business. I’m hoping that you may be able to answer some questions about my account. Did you have to fill out the seller kyc info? Can I used Canadian ID/passport to verify my account?

      Yes I had to email them and tell them I'm selling from canada and they asked me to forward a bill with my Canadian address and name

    Hi, When I try to open us account, they ask for KYC info which either driver license or passport need to be loaded, when I load driver license, the verification failed since the address for shipping is not matched, any suggestions, should i just use passport.

      You have to email posh and say you're selling from canada. I had to send them a current bill that shows my Canadian address on it for them to confirm.

      It was something that they changed recently as they stopped sending me my shipping labels even though I've been om the platform for a few years already!

    I still don’t understand how the Third Party Shipping label gets connected to the Poshmark tracking system.

      You don't have to print a new label to attach it to your package. You put the usps shipping label that you print from PM on your package and you enter the tracking info from that label into your manifest info on the third party's website. You only need to pay for the delivery fee instead of paying for a brand new label

    I sold my first item on posh us and it’s asking for my us address, obviously I don’t have one. How did you work around that ?

      Are you using stallion? There's a section on the main page where you can find "my US address" and you just use that

    I got a request for add more info.. which requires to enter name, address and phone number but when I put my US shipping via stallion and my name but it says invalid. My shipping labels are now being withheld.

      The app is now asking for my passport or drivers license.. which I feel a little sketchy about bc idk how secure it is

      This happened to me too! Contact posh support and they they'll ask you for a bill validating your name and address to confirm you reside outside of the US. It still hasn't been resolved for me and I inquired last week thurs or Fri. Hopefully it'll be soon cause I'm getting shipping reminders to send my stuff out. I just messaged my buyers saying I'm waiting to get my labels emailed

      @@thriftythreadsneedles eventually the app will ask for passport or drivers license but they don’t accept Canadian drivers licenses. I emailed them last week as well but no one has gotten back to me to fix the problem

      @@thriftythreadsneedles I am assuming posh support is randomly assigned agent, if they do not answer my question, any escalations or platform we can post such questions, so they can be solved quicklyÉ
