This makes her seem like some sort of victim. The victims are her husband, children and everyone who spent time and resources looking for her
Like most of America, I remember when Sherri went missing and, being the cynic that I am, I assumed she wouldn't be found alive. When she was found, I was happy to be wrong, since it's so rare to survive a kidnapping like that. Now, I never really believed Keith was responsible for her disappearance. His reactions just seemed genuine, unlike Scott Peterson or Chris Watts, but I also didn't believe Sherri staged the whole thing. She was, after all, severely hurt and people just don't do that to themselves intentionally, especially when they have small children. When the truth came out, I was floored. I was really angry that people were blaming Keith and really saying some terrible things about him, that were just way off base. He and his kids were, after all, the real victims. I watched this earlier today and I was really eager to see what Keith had to say. I'm glad he's moved on and is trying to provide a good life for his kids. He's a good dad and was a good husband who didn't deserve any of this.
Just a heads up to anyone with epilepsy do not watch this , it gave me a seizure with all the purple yellow and pink light blurring and flashing throughout. Be careful watching .

The way her son broke down when he saw her in pain from eating hot sauce broke my heart. She scarred those babies! SMH

I remember when I 1st heard about her missing, and I thought, yep, she faked it.
This guy kept saying over and over she's hot, beautiful, a knock out, etc. That's why he was so caught up in her, but the real Sherri was underneath all of that. Not even her best friend saw it. She's a deeply disturbed woman.

I knew her from work. She was the kindest, sweetest lady. I’m still blown away after all these years.🤯
This story is borderline “Gone Girl”
Just seen this. This was so sad and crazy.
I have thought multiple times about how people would react if I went missing or if I had died, it’s an interesting feeling to know that so many people would care about you in a situation like that. Exhilarating almost. I think that idea got too far into her head and she needed to see it come to life. But with such a perfect seeming life it’s so bizarre. And disgusting
Her husband dodged a bullet that could just lead to much worse than this.
I understand her family loves her. However, her sister is making some pretty lame excuses for her. I suspect she's done that all her life. Especially since her sister reported that Sherri called her in a panic, saying, "You have to help me, you have to fix this for me." The people who are the true victims in this story are Keith and the kids. Not to mention the fear, panic, racism and resources she wasted!! Then, she watched it all go down in the media. She gets 18 months and some probation. She shouldn't have unsupervised access to her children. She was willing to put her family thru this nightmare. What is she willing to do and say to the children? She is a garbage human. There's no excuse for what she did!!! None!
This was an amazing documentary. Haunting and disgusting but well done at the same time. Watching it again
