There are so many people in this country who are missing and here she is wasting the time of people who could be out there looking for people who are actually missing.
Exactly that is my biggest issue with this millions of people go missing every year disappear without a trace and are never found, family and friends have no idea what happened to them and have no closure. I- 85 runs from Mexico into Canada and is known to be a huge hot spot for drug and human trafficking that the cops know of, she a young beautiful blond woman that could’ve been taken. I can’t get over how stupid and selfish this woman was, her family and friends frantic with worry and she did this, hundreds of people out looking for her, resources being wasted that could’ve been used elsewhere. I’m glad her husband divorced her, she lost custody of her kids, and believe she is out of prison if I’m not mistaken. Hopefully she lost the respect of everyone that has known her and wants nothing more to do with her after what she put every one in her life through.
Love Mark Eiglarsh at the end. She did get off lightly and possibly set back victims in future investigations. Law enforcement has precious hours that they were forced to put anyone else in real peril on hold and I hope this is a lesson and eye opener for the future. Nobody can fix stupid nor narcissistic behavior, but those who are criminals nine times out of ten did procrastinate on what it means to be respectful of the law and law enforcement. 18 months is nothing for this kidnapping hoaxer. Whoever the judge is that gave her 18 months, for Redding's sake, extend her sentence to at least 18 years in the slammer as soon as possible. Tyler and Violet Papini have been the most innocent victims for these 6 years. She isn't traumatized just wasted law enforcement's time and resources. People like that deserve harsher sentences.
You call the detectives interviewing her at her house convincing? Uh, no. That was not the least bit convincing. I'm horrible at understanding body language, but even I could see and hear problems with her credibility. She was telling a story, not relaying something that happened.
Exactly. Phil didn't spend more than 5 minutes researching this case. He just watched a couple clips and spoke with his producers just enough to pull off a mediocre TV presentation of it. That interview Papini did was about as convincing as my 3 year old trying to explain how he didn't eat the brownies with chocolate smeared all over his face. Sherri's interview was absolutely ludicrous.

You run in the morning or evening after the sun goes down it’s not uncommon for it to reach110-112 degrees there for days at a time 😮
It's both SICK!!!! AND DELUSIONAL!!! men and women like her although in this case it's a woman but like her that WASTE!!!! the law enforcements time, from some of the GENUINE!!!! HORRID!!!! cases and abductions out there
What doesn't seem right is so many govt officials being so incompetent at their job and never losing pensions or facing any consequence or even answering for their wasted careers

Isn’t it scary that when a person does something completely innocuous and trying to think ahead, he would be a target of the investigation.
