I'm here for your tampa area content, but I'm very interested in the whole insurance & rebuild process.
also, I'd suggest doing very basic sod & offer a credit towards landscaping upgrades.
Glad you are here!
Milk as much content as you can out of this! I’m so invested even though I don’t live in a flood area and don’t have flood insurance lol
Sorry you went through this. The timing couldn't have been worse. I could never live this close to the water. With the right storm, it will happen again.
The floors are stunning and love the MCM idea!!! idea for the planters - definitely keep these, if the budget allows, do a shoe storage there, put a few shelves and sliding doors for extra storage
Definitely! More storage is always a good idea!
So i would suggest you make a video like this after you settle your claim. The Insurance company is not your friend, and they are looking for any reason to deny your claim, don't give them one. Call a Public Adjuster, my I suggest Elite Resolutions.
I wouldn't offer a credit for the landscaping. I would list it as is, or do minimal clean up. Get rid of anything that was damaged.
Agree, I don't know how bad the landscape is now but I would do a clean up, cut the grass, plant a few foxtail ferns and done.
