Maganda sana kung hiwa-hiwalay nag mg city sa NCR kasi nag aagawan sila ng teritoryo at boundaries. Tulad s US kada state may capital. New york, Chicago, seattle,las vegas at marami pang iba.

Napaka organized yung landscape. Kumpara sa CBD ng kuala lumpur. Jakarta. Singapore at thailand. Maganda sana kung i expand pa nila yan ng 1000 hectares paalisin yung mga squater at kht may mga title bayaran nlang sila😅.. Kaso kulang nalang metro train at more bus pa

Alam nyo po mi bahay kami dyan sa tabi since kapanahonan pa ng mga Ninono natin. Basta mo nlang etche puera dahil sa mga building ng mga may kapangyarihan?
Basta LGU namahala ng urban development asahan mo na bulok at puro kurapsyon lang alam. Salamat sa mga private sectors like Ayalas, Megaworld, etc. Without them, wala tayo mapagmamalaki na world class city.

The fact that they have one Ayala in Makati CBD too speaks a lot about their dedication to helping and giving pinoys more international standard infra!

Freddie Tiñga is the assistant Vice President for business development of Fort Bonifacio Development Corp from (1995 until 1999) and Ayala knows that the original layout and design is from the urban planners from HK and UK. Ayala just followed the sketch plan sample when they masterplaned BGC. I know Ayala made some revisions in the original masterplan but it's clear that they should also give credits to the urban planners who made the original masterplan. there's a video on yt. you want to see? all is documented!

Starting 2007, FCDC also prioritised development of a kilometer-long retail and lifestyle boulevard that would feature brand stores and food and beverage outlets set in a vibrant park with interactive artworks, more popularly known as Bonifacio High Street. Hence, the BGC we know now is by AYALA already.

Is there a public transportation system within BGC? I only see private cars. Great drone shot. What makes BGC beautiful are the green spaces. Without the green spaces, it will just be another congested, high-rise dominated business center.

Nice! This is the best drone tour, crisp & clear. Sir, I thought this BGC drone tour is for the whole BGC or Fort Bonifacio, but this drone tour is missing Uptown Bonifacio North BGC, where the Grand Hyatt, the tallest skyscraper in PH is. Uptown area is teeming with skyscrapers & green parks & a football field. But maybe BGC part 2 is in the works? It would be nice if this stunning drone tour covers the whole BGC.
Wow thanks! Unfortunately, Uptown was too far from where we were that the drone couldn't reach it + the batteries were drained, but we'll definitely be working on part 2 😊

Bgc needs an effective transport system tho need more bus systems and a train system. Pedestrian friendly yung area yes pero masyado pa ring car centric yung kalsada

BGC had become to be a model green City and soon many cities on nearby provinces and suburban is going to have their CBD. patterned on it, here in Cavite there are already several projects being done by same developers.

Ask the Government to do that, your opinion is not just as simple to make. First, the gov't must find a better place for their transfer and provide better settlement for them to live and second , the gov't should also provide them an opportunity to work , anyways, I thought the government is in a right track to do that, sorry for giving my opinion but I think it is not necessary to call them squatters but professional speaking let's call them illegal settlers..

Malalaking company ang kumuha sa akin, that time 35-40k ang offer sa akin, 1 week lang ang pinaka matagal ko.. para kong binubog sa pagod pag sakay palang
