Ayala just followed the sketch plan sample when they masterplaned BGC. I know Ayala made some revisions in the original masterplan but it's clear that they should also give credits to the urban planners who made the original masterplan. there's a video on yt. you want to see? all is documented!

Sir, I thought this BGC drone tour is for the whole BGC or Fort Bonifacio, but this drone tour is missing Uptown Bonifacio North BGC, where the Grand Hyatt, the tallest skyscraper in PH is. Uptown area is teeming with skyscrapers & green parks & a football field. But maybe BGC part 2 is in the works? It would be nice if this stunning drone tour covers the whole BGC.

Bgc needs an effective transport system tho need more bus systems and a train system. Pedestrian friendly yung area yes pero masyado pa ring car centric yung kalsada
Is there a public transportation system within BGC? I only see private cars. Great drone shot. What makes BGC beautiful are the green spaces. Without the green spaces, it will just be another congested, high-rise dominated business center.

BGC had become to be a model green City and soon many cities on nearby provinces and suburban is going to have their CBD. patterned on it, here in Cavite there are already several projects being done by same developers.

Malalaking company ang kumuha sa akin, that time 35-40k ang offer sa akin, 1 week lang ang pinaka matagal ko.. para kong binubog sa pagod pag sakay palang
