Second year sixth form student, currently looking at sheffield for an english lit degree, what would you say is your least favourite feature of the university or city? Just so i can be fully prepared :)
You'll always be walking up or down a hill, so prepare for everyday to be leg day. Other than that, personally I feel that, compared to other cities, Sheffield might have a little less to offer in terms of things to do (but there's always new stuff opening up, that I have yet to try).
Is there any shared accomodation in shaffield
Yup, there's some managed by the university and some that are private accommodation
Why did u choose sheffield? What other unis did you get?
I was looking at the top Computer Science schools (outside Oxbridge) and Sheffield was one of them. Hope that helps!
Hi how are the part time opportunities for CS students in Sheff?
Right now, I'm working as a part-time IT assistant at the uni, but there are other part time opportunities that you can get involved in.
@@dimbovlogshow to apply please?
yo!! nice vid dude. Im an undergrauduate offer holder for mechanical engineering in the university of Sheffield. Can I ask you how you like ur experience and the nationalties of most international students? Im Egyptian btw
Hey man! Thank you for your comment :) In my opinion, everything going good so far. It's pretty diverse in terms of international students. There is almost a society for each national & cultural group, so you're bound to find your group of people.
Where you from bro?
I'm from Sri Lanka :)
