How did you get the jelly /pudding consistency? Because adding custard powder in a milk and after reducing the milk you cant get that texture.
After adding custard powder to the boiled milk It becomes thick. So we get this consistency dear

No dear, sugar syrup maybe little hard. After finishing you put in the freezer, after 1 hour you turn upside down. It will work. Thank you
