I once found an Asian recipe for "Lacy Egg Nets" & have been making them for years now, using a regular squeezy sauce bottle to pour the beaten eggs in a grid-shape inside a circle the size of the outer pan diameter. I stack them until I have enough, then fill them with Chicken & Cashews, Beef in Blackbean, or Satay Prawns - & serve them with Special Fried Rice or Singapore Noodles on the side. They just make a home-made meal look & taste extra-fancy when I'm having guests. I hope you try it yourself : )
