2ND best, I think sky elite 2 is the little bit power of Japan national team. There are always 3 -> 4 /6 Japan player wear it in every match now.
But Li-ning Way of wade 10 is the Best, BEST BEST shoes for volleyball, it is not volleybal shoes, but can defeat any Asics/ Mizuno volleyball shoes
And of course: Asics metarise can be the most expensive volleyball shoes, but it has so many cons to be the best quality shoes for volleyball
Li-ning is not that good. It maybe for overall purpose but it will fall out on Mizuno and Asics shoes that are built for specific needs of players. Metarise is so good in terms of players who has high vertical. I tried that shoe model from Li-ning but it doesn’t really give me the comfort I need when jumping. So Li-ning is like jack of all trades but definitely not the best for a specific purpose. Price-wise also, sky elite ff2 is a much better option. Regardless whether team japan is wearing it or not, it doesn’t change the fact that Sky Elite is still the best volley shoes out there
@@Frey_00 What the fuck Metarise?? Are you kidding me?? So trash Volleyball shoes that cannot good at DEF, too heavy and have the cheap shank plate, trash cushioning set up🤣.
May be the price is not similar in different area.In my country we can directly order Li-Ning's shoes from China and price are so good. With budget of Asics Gel task/ gel rocket (the first level of trash shoes for Volleyball) we can buy Li-Ning wade Fission 9, Wade Shadow 5, Li-Ning super light. In Asics Beyond FF price range (second lever of trash 🤣) we can buy Wade All City 12, Li-Ning Speed 10, And finally we can buy Way of wade 10 is the price range of SkyEliteFF2. Again the stupid shank plate of asics shoes is not carbon fiber, the flytefoam propel+gel are bad set up of cushioning. I am a Volleyball shoes Reviewer & I know it. The fact that Wade Fission 8 (cheaper than Asics gel rocket 10) are better than Metarise. Any comparison of Asics shoes with Li-Ning basketball shoes are So, SO SO SO SO WRONG. @@Frey_00 If you give me money enough to buy Asics shoes in any price range, I can buy any Li-Ning basketball shoes have a better quality. Let's play a game: you told me name of Asics shoes and you can check the quality of shoes in some UA-cam chanel. I don't need wow 10 to defeat Asics, with Sky Elite 2: Li-Ning speed 10, wade Fission 9 Are enough, with Metarise: Li-Ning Liren 4 are enough, better than Metarise we have Li-Ning Yushuai 18 Ultra🤣🤣. (and we still talk about good shoes to PLAYING VOLLEYBALL although it is basketball shoes)

@@karlo0998 No, I see some Chinnese basketball shoes reviewer do this, the traction are top tier. But we don't recommend because Volleyball have not enough containment for hardcore moving in Basketball.

Hi I’m a user of this shoe and it is amazing but sadly my outsole is dead because the court we use for varsity practice at school is an outdoor court floor so I definitely recommend this shoe for indoor not outdoor enjoy❤️

Where have you been able to get the shoes? That colorway has been sold out everywhere for many, many months.
How would you compare them to the Kobe 6? I have 2 pairs of GodKiller Kobe 6 but have only worn 1 and am thinking of selling the other and buying the Asics Sky Elite FF 2 MT. The Kobe 6's feel great, but I'm coming off knee surgery and have heard they have better shock absorption. Could you compare both pairs in terms of: Grip, Bounce, Shock absorption and Lockdown?

Apart from Metarise, Asics's shoes are not bounce because their shanks are floppy and the heel has GEL - this tech is enemy of bounce. If you have knee pain, gel- technology of sky elite 2 will be good: good shock absorbtion.
With lockdown, the dynawrap tape on sky elite 2 make the toe box very flexible. Narrow feet? -> tighten the lace, Wide feet? -> Lossen lace near the dynawrap tape. Stay true to size, the "monoshock" upper of asics is comfortable
Hi there! I'm also trying to decide between the two pairs of shoes, since the Kobe 6 Reverse Grinch colourway is getting released in about a month and it looks great. I was hoping you'd share your experience of playing volleyball with the Kobe 6's. Because I have slightly wide feet and I've heard the Kobe 6's are snug, I'm worried about if I should go half a size up and risk having heel slippage or go true to size but my feet might start to hurt. How do they fit on you, considering your feet size?
I ordered the Sky Elite FF2 (low top) and the cushioning is very soft and absorbs shock really well, specially in the forefoot area. As another user suggested, it may make the shoe less bouncy, but if you had knee surgery, it might be the way to go to prevent further injury. They're very confortable, but aside from the Tokyo red colourway, the other colours are reaaaally bland :( such a shame

@@SL1PTedit Hi, sorry for the delay in replying. The truth is that I have not been able to test much the Kobe 6 in volleyball, because of the injury I mentioned. What I was able to play, they had very good grip, were very light and the transition from heel to toe was very smooth. Being very light, having good grip and having zoom air in the forefoot they felt very bouncy.
Regarding the size, I have a very very narrow foot, so I went with my usual nike size and felt the foot very secure. If you have a wide foot, I would recommend going a half size up.

Most probably, many volleyball players including me use basketball shoes. Behind this guy are the nike kobe 6 protro, the green ones, (not Shure of the name) and those shoes are meant for basketball
