- The review I wish existed when I was deciding whether to buy a Biorower or not. Not sponsored/affiliated with Biorower, just my honest thoughts.

Great review. As you say you can’t find independent reviews of this product. Have recently upgraded from a C2 to an RP3, which is a lot better on the body and more enjoyable. Would love to get one of these eventually - a proper rowing simulator. Rowing on the water is not something I can do every week.
Would love to see an in depth look at all the features, a test row, the data, what is similar and what differs from the water. Thanks
I have bad back from a job injury and sports. I took up rower on an erg because it didn't hurt my back. I've use a rower for any 3 years and have never had back issues from it.
That's great. It's a common injury and issue but that doesn't mean it happens to everyone.
@@ConnorGrooms @carladavis1473 Same here, my back has even gotten better, using a C2 Rowerg! Just a sales pitch for the Biorower.
Thank you for this hands on view. The assessment is broadly what I would have hoped for…I.e. positive versus the ergo….for experienced and knowledgeable scullers. I got impression the cost was around £10k for Pro? Would have liked to have seen the sculler doing some sculling on it though!! Well done and liked.

Wow every advertisement for the biorower seems to start with an attack on the concept 2 erg . I have seen and heard countless reviews or accounts on using the C2 Unversity crew’s British Championship winners and Olympic champions, not one said it Fucked up their back ,as you claim . Had a C2 erg for 15 years , it actually helped my back and is still like new . By all means keep advertising the biorower for the great machine it appears to be , but don’t keep attacking the fantastic C2 erg.
Glad you like the C2, and if it works for you, awesome. Clearly many national teams use it, though that doesn't mean it's the best option (see the move to RP3 by many).
This isn't a Biorower ad. Just trying to help other rowers. If the machine were cheaper it would be more widely used.

Rowing with good technique on a Concept 2 etc will *not* damage your back, that is sheer fantasy! $12000 is ridiculous, you can buy a 4 man boat for less!
chill. Biorower revenue comes from selling them to olympic pros, not you. Tour de France bikes cost $9,000 for a reason, we can ride $1,000 just fine but the pros want better things.
