The Delhi model is similar to what Deng Xiaoping propagated in China to make it the largest economy in the world in terms of PPP. Its fundamental points are free quality education and health care for all Chinese. Deng is known as the architect of modern China. Kejriwal follows it. We do not need to reinvent the wheel.
