    What are your thoughts on running Fabled Lurrie? I feel like I'm always discarding cards I need with the purrely QS and often end up with a dead board if they ash the QS or imperm my lv 1 purrely summon and I dont have other follow-up. Lurrie adds a lv 1 body to go into giant mimighoul or a generic link summon if needed, and can keep the combo going if I have a dead normal summon.
    It also would make the unchained combo you showed in an earlier video much more consistent and reachable. I would love your thoughts on that.
    I get hung up on whether extenders or non-engine would be more impactful. Any thoughts or insights would be appreciated! I'm looking forward to your next video.

    Watched the whole video and it was interesting. Curious what this has over normal Purrely? Being able to turn 2 spent lvl 1 bodies into Mimighoul engine does sound interesting. I may start gathering the Mimighoul side of the deck to try it myself.

    I will say, while not very good with this deck yet (getting better thanks to you tho for sure!❤️) I have been trying the full armored utopia ray lancer and it feels way better than Ty-phon, especially if they break through and build a board, you can get that extra attack and push through for game

      I will definitely have to try it out and see how I like it. I think I've been told about that option before but haven't had a chance to put it in the list.

    I noticed, you dropped the Purrely field spell. Did you miss it at any time?

      There was 1 match I missed having the field spell and it was for the rescue ace matchup just because almost all their interactions interact with my monsters by targeting but, other than that matchup, it didn't really come up. Most decks nowadays have some way to interact with back row or just get around targeting.
      Ryzeol just continuously pops.
      Maliss non targeting banishes.
      Fiendsmith send to gy and follow up with making an Omni negate.
      The field spell can be good if you go first but it's mainly to guarantee your exnoir gets to at least 5 material and you get a draw 2-4.

      @@abysmalYGO Thanks for your reply. Cutting it for consistency reasons seemst to be the way. Also, it avoids the conflict with the Mimighoul field spell.

      Part of the reason it was played originally was to be paired with set rotation as a way to turn off imperm if you draw it. Set rotation was cut to add a bit more non-engine, and street was both the next best card to cut and wasn’t really coming up unless you draw an all-Purrely hand

      @@donovans8904 yes to both of these reasons. I like the card but I would in general want the mimighoul field spell in that zone and it really was just the next best card after trimming out bricks.

    Why do you play only 2 mimighoul maker if u say its a one card combo?

    • @Aphian_
      @Aphian_ Місяць тому

      You eventually run out of names to summon off it.

    • @kenttorrenueva2524
      @kenttorrenueva2524 Місяць тому

      @Aphian_ yes but isn't it a good card to open as a starter or extender?

      You have so many ways to find maker.

      I would play 3, too. You csn detach the 3rd with purrelyquickspell if you need

      @@donovans8904 yes valid point but that's assuming you don't get interrupted which is rarely going to happen... Imo on its own, maker is still a better starter and extender than most cards in the deck so it doesn't make sense to only play 2 makers when you can play 3, drawing 2 is bad yes but the deck count is quite high that you don't run to that scenario quite often
