Everyone make sure if riding in this extreme heat to STAY HYDRATED. It only takes a matter of minutes for heat exhaustion to set in or then be heat stroke. If you wait until you are thirsty it's too late you are already dehydrated. Make sure it's water or an equivalent substitute like Gatorade/Powerade AND not sugary stuff like soda as that does nothing to help hydrate your body. I have seen people die from this type of stuff and just want y'all to be safe and riding as much as possible 👊
