You my dear are still the best. I don't like walking thrift stores with many others. Everyone has their own style. After all these years, I enjoy your shows the best. You are even Steven, fun to watch, sweet attitude with gratitude. I admire your hard work. You don't expect to find some grandiose item. You keep it real. I wish you the best success in all you do. Love from a long time fan, Kathy
My grandparents had four blackheart cherry trees that would be full of crows. My grandmother said they were our ancestors counting the cattle in the pasture and watching over them and us. She was cool with a full murder in the trees, but one crow on the fence post alone was bad luck. I love crows, and that piece is definitely a keeper. ✌
Those little jugs salt n peppers probably were the hanging S&P's for the little ceramic stand you saw a few days ago. You carried the stand around in your cart looking for the hanging S&Ps, to no avail. Maybe you can retrace and find the stand again.
Arabia “Ruska” Finland, my sister inherited a set from my mum. She just purchased a rare covered butter dish and some replacement bowls. They are heavy as anything, very durable, and I used to hate eating off them when I was a kid, because they would sound awful when you scraped your cutlery against them.
That brown dinnerware, you found? You might consider taking a tour around any other nearby goodwills, because sometimes people will donate to more than one place, and maybe unintentially split up sets like that. I have seen that, more than once.😊
I bought that same Arabia dinnerware many years ago. It wears like iron. You scored big time getting it for such a great price. Too bad they didn't have the bowls.
Crows are incredibly intelligent!! They recognize faces even… The University of Washington did a study and it’s a PBS special called A Murder of Crows… truly made me respect them so much more… we have Ravens out here too… they love peanuts in the shell!! 🐦⬛🥜
Jocelyn you are just lovely and very funny. I admire how you live your life. You juggle family and business ventures with grace and vibrance. It is such a joy to hear your voice as I work on my eBay listing and when sitting to drink my coffee. May God bless you and your family. Stay true to your uniqueness!
I saw you pick up the Arabia Ruska and thought, oh no, she doesn’t know what it is! But of course you persevered til you found out because you know quality! (Edited to add….where are the mugs!!? So frustrating to have found the saucers without the cups! )
As soon as I saw those plates I knew. My M.I.L had those and my SIL does have those. I have the Meri ones. I was yelling at the screen until you discovered it was Arabia Finland. That coffee pot fabulous score. Your pattern is Ruska
I wish I could have boxed up and sent you the Arabia set that was on sale at my thrift store. It had bowls and tea/coffee pot and cups. I always run into them here in Norway. When things don't sell at my local thrift, they box them up and have them sent them to other, less fortunate countries, like Lithuania. Great video, again. Thanks for the inspiration!
I’m laughing 🤣ridiculously at the doll phobia. I have literally walked backwards when I come upon one in an antique mall that just gives me the chills. 🤣 you are not alone.
Nice to hear you connected with @Scott Old Curiosity Shop, he's one of my favorite YT Resellers. Lots of knowledge that guy has. and he's engaging. I am cathcing up on your videos. Jacqueline
Congratulations on the great find with the dinnerware set! I love finding Arabia Finland or Denby. Oddly selling dinnerware is some of my favorite things to sell. When you find a good set… ZOWIE there is some good money to be made! I recently found a set of 6 salad and 6 dessert plates By Royal Crown Derby and they sold for $670 … never underestimate dinnerware 😉 and they sold quickly, within a week of listing. I also bought a huge set of Wedgwood in sage green this spring and dang that stuff sold extremely well. The teapot alone sold for over $200. We are well over $1,000. In sales on that stuff.
I was seriously worried that the carts wheels were going to fall off. Lol. That had to be heavy. Beautiful dinnerware. I’ve never seen anything like it before
I just commented on an 2 year old video where you passed a box of old corelle dishes...a pattern i had in 1977 as a wedding gift..... the memories. 😂 for shits and laughter i looked it up. But i also noticed the old Corningware cassarole pieces i also had in 1977 same thing...wedding gifts are fetching crazy prises. Holy moly
That grey crazed bud vase at ~4:23 looks exactly like a pink one my parents got me in the 80s/90s, during a tour through indigenous Arizona... Or New Mexico , maybe. I'm interested in finding out what the sticker says. Pretty sure that beautifully subtle pink vase is (very sadly) long gone in the tumult of my many moves, but I wouldn't mind finding something like it again... I guess I'm dreaming again. :) 😅❤😢❤😅
I don't know how many times I have watched you pick something up I love then put it back on the shelf. Then I think I need to get off here and get to the goodwill quick. At this point I realize oh...wait...Im in Michigan!! 😅
I have been a fan for quite some time! I check in every so often in the evening for your videos. I like ending my day on a good note!🎶I love seeing what you find & shopping “with” you!! I think I saw a matching piece to your wintery Polish heart piece. It resembled a milk container?
BOLO for pairs of candlesticks with stickers that say Simon Pearce. Found a pair today for $3, worth nearly $200. They are called "Hartland" style and have a ball on the base. BOLO for Christmas cards that have red/black velvet boarders and the cards are chromatic (light copper color, light bounces off them, very pretty). They sell for $10+ a piece. Toodles for now! Pee Wee
Remember that little tree like thing you were carrying around look for the shakers that hang off of it. Maybe those shakers go with it. Was that recent or did I watch one of your older videos? 😅
My new weekly saying: "Hey, can I get one of those fries?" My new motto forever: "I don't think I will, I'll stay back here, as far away from you as I can." 🤣
Jocelynn, did you get the clear tape off of those mugs that you went back for because they had to be priced? I love the stuff you got today, that little piggy was adorable.
I loved the plates you got for yourself. When my sis and I went to school we passed a lady’s house that had crows, one talked. Everyday we walked by he said “ What’s your hurry?” It was a little freaky.
You got me interested in the Aribia Finland pottery. Looked on different websites, saw several tea pots for 100.00, and one was on sale for 50.00. I'll keep an eye out when I go to Goodwill.

Thank-you, Kathy! 🤗
Yes, what she said. I strive to be more like Jocelyn !!! 😊
What Grandma Kathy said!❤❤❤

I currently have a murder of crows visiting my yard. There seems to be more every day - 14 at last count today. 🐦⬛🐦⬛🐦⬛🐦⬛🐦⬛
What’s a murder of crows ? Like a flock of them ?
@@Dana-mb2hk Yes 👍🏽
@@Dana-mb2hk Sure is. IDK why and I believe they may be the only critter in the "murder" category. FYI ..crows can count..swear it. ✌

RUSKA DISHES 1960 VERY COLLECTABLE AND EXPENSIVE. AWESOME FIND.

They are heavy as anything, very durable, and I used to hate eating off them when I was a kid, because they would sound awful when you scraped your cutlery against them.
I didn't like the sound they made as she placed them in the cart! But I would have bought them too!

I watch Ye Old Curiosity Shop too. He likes the 1920s, 30s (and 40s…depending on item). I love the 30s, 40s and 50s.

I hope that you can locate some bowls for the new dinner set. What a great find.

Fantastic finds! Especially those plates and coffee pot...GORGEOUS!!!! 💖
I’m laughing 🤣ridiculously at the doll phobia. I have literally walked backwards when I come upon one in an antique mall that just gives me the chills. 🤣 you are not alone.
The one in the opening shot gave me Poltergeist clown vibes. I immediately thought, *"Nope! Uh-uh."* 😀
The cups were on the shelf with the vases! Go back and grab them
The flat round copper art nouveau lady I think is a flue cover, for when people had wood fire stoves/ovens in the house. Decorative and pretty!
That's unreal how many great goodies were on those shelves!!! Wow. 😊
Loved the crows with the star 😊
Yeah, I love Scott❤
Wow you got some cool pieces today…love the 2 crows and that incomplete dinner service is really lovely….
Good to see them using elastic bands rather than sticky tape
Nice to hear you connected with @Scott Old Curiosity Shop, he's one of my favorite YT Resellers. Lots of knowledge that guy has. and he's engaging. I am cathcing up on your videos. Jacqueline
I love Scott , I also have collected deco
At my first petsitting call this morning..i distictly heard a baby kitten screaming..searched and searched..it was a CROW ! Little booger.

Awesome dishes, I love when I find stuff I love and it's a deal. Well done you.
I picked up complete set of those dishes last week. I just haven’t had time to list or research! So excited to know I did good!!!!
Good find that Arabia ruska. Ruska means autumn colors. Designed by Ulla Procopé.
When the first item is placed in the cart, the theme is set. 😂 I love it!
Ahhh. My daily dose. Goodwill gives you lots of goodies!! Lol!! Love shopping with you.❤️🌹💙
I could be wrong but, it looks like the mugs were in with the vases. 5 min marker.
I saw them too
Please keep the dinnerware!!! You need that!!
I was seriously worried that the carts wheels were going to fall off. Lol. That had to be heavy. Beautiful dinnerware. I’ve never seen anything like it before
At 16:05, it looks like you leave another stack of those dishes.

I think you should have a salt and pepper whatnot sale. You keep on seeing so many cute many pairs.
I ❤ the cat that had Montana on it. I want your rejects. The green glass was beautiful!
I’ve been hoping to find those Jeanette candle holders in my local goodwill for my grandma’s collection 😅

You should've picked up the hanging salt and peppers to use for replacements.
I like that you use thrifted items for your home. Love that dinner set. Great haul. I will keep an eye out for the crows/ravens lol.

Every intro, I miss everything you say because I am just looking at how amazing your skin is. Really. Blessed.
We have crows in our backyard and everyday I give them a healthy treat, they are very smart!
My new weekly saying: "Hey, can I get one of those fries?" My new motto forever: "I don't think I will, I'll stay back here, as far away from you as I can." 🤣

I saw the pottery mug and was surprised that you didn't grab it and then you had it in the end! Shew lol I love pottery and glass and lamps too ❤❤❤

When I come to Sweden from Ireland to marry my Swedish boyfriend he had that brown dinner and coffee service. I absolutely hated it 😂
What great plates
Wow
Those crows are spectacular!
Love, love your new dishes!!
I think the birds are starlings
At my local farmers market we have pottery people that make beautiful mugs and they charge $50 for them.
The ashtray is from the MGM Grand hotel. Under the sticker is a lion.

I would love to find that dinnerware set! Congratulations.
Were those salt and pepper shakers the ones that hung off the salt and pepper hanger you were going to buy a while back?🤗💖🦋
Your Happy Mind tee shirt is representing you!😊
Volume level is perfect today!
Jocelynn, did you get the clear tape off of those mugs that you went back for because they had to be priced? I love the stuff you got today, that little piggy was adorable.
