retention is very low, the main issue is that beans (1 or 2) tend to stay on the grid over the burrs. Once you throw them down, you get almost no retention
I've been following you for a while, but never commented. But wanted to congratulate you on the potential move and wish you the business keeps growing in a healthy manner :)
Congrats! Nice to see. That coffee machine looks very promising. Saw that the finish on the grouphead was a bit poor and it looks a bit plasticy, but I like it a lot! Bit bigger (wider) LCD, easy to clean (painted) s.s. and we would love to try it and sell it here in South America, The Netherlands and Germany. 🙂✌️
Hi from New York, and congrats on expansion plans. I’m a new subscriber to your channel and discovered it two days after ordering the All Ground, delivery next week! I plan on using beans in the morning for filter, and different beans in the afternoon for espresso. I understand the retention issue and had planned to simply purge out a couple of grams to deal with it. But I noted your comments about needing the weight of beans in the hopper. What happens if you load in just what you need to brew once…does it not grind?
Unfortunately this grinder isn't single dose. Even if you clean it with a pump there also about 1g of coffee on lattice dispenser inside. But I have Allground too )
Looks like a freaking Chinese fire drill to me! OMG! Keep pushing "one more time," eventually, "which means to say,"...if push enough time you MIGHT get the weight you need!
I think that statics keeps coffee all over the tunnel from the burrs to the shut if you would just spray 1 shot of water over the coffee beans you would get a zero retention I didn’t see you stray any water

Hi thanks Robert! Thank you for the support and well wishes.
It will grind. Just that it will retain about 0.5 to 1g.
Hello from France !
For Espresso only you prefer All Ground with 64mm bure or Eureka Specilita and the micrométric settings ?
Thanks 😉
definitely allground. the eureka produces very clumpy coffee and the retention is crazy high.

Yes you are right. But the grind quality is good.
@@CaffeMartellaSingapore which one you prefer for espresso the D83 or the Florenzato Allground
Hey,
Do you sell by any chance the hopper?
Or is it possible to get the model to print it?
if you were to decide which one you prefer the D83 or the Florenzato Allground for espresso? Thanks
Did you seasoned the burrs on fiorenzato all ground? As I have recently purchased and I don't know if I should do it or not ?
Is Thomas's sales link available now? Would like to purchase the bellow and cover.
Soon

lol, its fiorenzato making for sanremo.
your mic wrong sided.
Can you share how it is supposed to be
This seems like a frustrating workflow to do every time for single dose
buy mignon libra .
Give it a break….all that work/time to get 1-2 grams out of a grinder not designed for single dosing. 😂
