I could easily see 5up reporting dumbdog's body and saying "I chased the killer and killed him as sheriff" and out talk wildcat the real sheriff, dumbdog dead at comms was so random but at the right moment

It is very easy to see when in a vent as the number sticks until he leaves said vent. It is noticeable when cool-down is off and slightly less so when his own cool-down is ticking. It is possible that this flash has not been noticed by you, the viewer, on UA-cam due to the fps of videos being 22 for the lower resolutions vs the game running on 60, showing this for a single or two frames at most. If you want to see this 100% of the time, change to at least 720p.

Not a throw and they play on .25 vision he just knew where he was when he got the report button. That wasn’t his fault at all
Correlation vs causation. He assumed that because the report popped up as he walked away that it was in front of him and not behind.
