It was the round after Steve voted out crew Toast in the last 3, giving Scott the win. He was so confident too and had even vouched for Scott a past round. It's so funny to see references to past rounds you know all to well in another video

Fun issue with sensor logs? If two people cross at the same time only one gets logged. If a group goes then one can get logged and the others can slip by.
At this point, every 5up impostor game is a legendary game

He still sounded so defeated after Scott marinated him on the previous round. 5up did warn him tho.. About the possibility of Scott venting in reactor, but he still gave Scott the vouch and clear. :(
Every sensor has a cooldown so it can only detect one person every few seconds. That's why it wasn't reading some people's movements. Logs aren't very reliable because of this.
Not sure if it's what you were saying (if so I read wrong at first) but according to the wiki the cool down is per user, So it'll see two people go by but not if the same person goes by twice in 5 seconds
Base explained why he thought 5up's logs were odd. Base checked all the rooms around the area, and didn't see 5up. 5up then suddenly came down from tree room, so Base checked logs to see if 5up vented in or if 5up came up normally and base just missed it. While 5up's logs should look good on their own, some time had passed since he vented out, so other people's sensor triggers buried his first movements and showed that he didn't walk in any time recently. That's why 5up's logs looked bad, Base legitimately caught him for good reason.

@@anastasiao4036 No. If they were in a room for a long time, that wouldn't mean they're bad at all.
However, like I said in my comment, Base SAW 5up wasn't in the room for awhile. He checked tree room, and the rooms around it, and 5up was not in any of them. Then a little while later, 5up walked down from tree room which was empty not too long ago. The logs confirmed that 5up hadn't entered the room since basetrade last looked inside it. Meaning 5up had vented in.

@@forgottenalex I'm not sure about that, because I watch both Toast and 5up, and Toast actually does have a fairly good presence that is shown more in his videos. Ofc since this is 5up's channel, it's more centered around him, so toast isn't in the spotlight really

The hypocrisy of base complaining about 5up misreading his logs....... XD
The issue is, Base didn't misread logs. He literally says in this video that he checked every room in that area after 5up vented, and didn't see him. When Base saw 5up magically come down out of nowhere, he knew that 5up either vented or walked in outside of his vision, so he checked the logs.
While 5up's logs should look fine on their own, Base and others also triggered sensors which buried 5ups original movements before he vented (which proves that 5up didn't walk in recently, and he must have vented in). This made 5up look REALLY bad, I don't know why Base didn't push harder on that.

I've been watching 5up for some time now, and it feels bad when he kills Hafu early in the round cause he knows it will mean a win. I wanna see him pull off a win with her in the final 5. The two masters at each others' throat.
BaseTrade's gut feeling is really good. I remember a game (which kinda got a lot of drama) in which Basetrade chose 5up to eject over Peter. 5up had played that game perfectly as imposter, and Basetrade said that he just guessed, but honestly now I think it was just his gut feeling for why he chose 5up.
Right after this game, someone in Hafu's chat said "MIRA sucks for crew" and she said "You can just leave it at MIRA sucks"

Day 58 of teaching his viewers, how 5up knows when his impostor partner kills:
The kill button will flash for a frame. It is very easy to see when in a vent as the number sticks until he leaves said vent. It is noticeable when cool-down is off and slightly less so when his own cool-down is ticking. It is possible that this flash has not been noticed by you, the viewer, on UA-cam due to the fps of videos being 22 for the lower resolutions vs the game running on 60, showing this for a single or two frames at most. If you want to see this 100% of the time, change to at least 720p.

the sensors don't pick up people passing by if they go one after the other, you have to wait like 10 seconds for the sensor to pick up someone's steps again. so if two people are walking together or really close it's very likely that the logs won't show one of them
