There have been dozens and dozens of cases where Israeli prisoners were tortured to confess to crimes they never committed, how can we be sure, that these fighters are telling the truth now? This footage is also edited, so how will we know how many takes were needed to get this exact response from the prisoners.
I say all this, while simultaneously not advocating for Hamas and holding it partially responsible for all the Palestinian Civilian deaths. Even if Israel has committed the majority of war crimes, they should have not ever done the same. It is forbidden to hurt the innocent in Islam. What's really crazy is, rather than Hamas leadership promising them apartments and money in exchange for their souls, Hamas could have just stopped stealing the millions of dollars of aid going into Gaza. Rather than spending that money on terror tunnels and weapons, that money could have been used to build up the Gaza infrastructure, hospitals, schools, apartment buildings, new businesses, etc.
