I totally hear you and feel for you about showing your feelings to your child. I've had postpartum depression and used to feel bad when I would cry in front of my child out of the blue. My therapist has helped me communicate to my child that yes, mommy is sad, it's ok to be sad sometimes, it feels good to talk about it, and show my child in a healthy way that everyone has emotions and it's ok. Thanks for sharing and being so vulnerable, you've got a whole mommy tribe behind you through your social media ❤️

I have depression with a mix of suicidal thoughts. You would never know. Coworkers would tell anyone I super upbeat, make people laugh so on. When you have been dealing with it forever you know how to mask it very well. But also you have to think positive especially when what I call the darkness starts to try and take over or it will be bad. I do let it in a little I will literally cry scream,whatever to help get it out.

Lmao those are not fans or supporters of yours, I mean literally we are ALL human and we have emotions and go through it. Someone may look at me and not even realize I have these health conditions and suffer from a mild form of depression. Why should she be happy all the time? She can be both or even if she isn't that's great too. Chachi deserves happiness, like most of us do

I feel like once you become a mom it's a whole new kind of judgment that you never noticed until you're a mom. I have been judged on so many small things that just blew my mind on how mean other moms could be about it. Like breast and bottle feed, pacifiers, Co sleeping. I had so much hate about co sleeping, but I had to because my son had silent reflux and he would start choking with out making a sound so his movement would wake me up so I could help him.
