The choice is easy........don't go for only one day😁
That genuinely sounds like it could be a Plato quote "the fool wonders what park to go to for one day, but the genius go's for 2"
U g a ¥
Alot of low income families can only afford to go to one park. This is the case for a lot of people at WDW
The Wiccan Witch Of The West wow I am shooketh lol
Lol.. Right
If you have 1 day at WDW, you ALWAYS do MK. No question. Food is important, and food is better at Epcot, but MK is where it's at for the Disney experience.
James Randolph While I agree Magic Kingdom is for the classic Disney experience, if you only have 1 day to go Disney World, you should go to Epcot no question. I just came back from Disney World from all 4 parks and Epcot was easily the best. Meeting people from all those countries was amazing. I had a 4 day pass to visit all the parks and after I visited Epcot I paid an extra $80 just so I could get a park hopper pass and on my last day I went back to Epcot to buy souvenirs/take pictures with people from the different countries which I did.
It was my second time going, first time I was 10 and after that first time I always said that Hollywood Studios was my favorite because of the Rock N Roll Rollercoaster/ Tower of Terror etc, but after going again years later and being able to explore more by myself, Epcot is easily the best park of the 4 no question
But if you have one day, Epcot has food... MK's fireworks make Illuminations pale in comparison. Not too mention some of the great souvenirs in MK. Like everything in Memento Mori or the silhouettes. Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, and Big Thunder are usually a pretty obvious choice to Test Track or Mission Space. I'd rather go on Haunted Mansion than Spaceship Earth. Don't get me wrong Epcot is great. But it's my second favorite park.
If you have kids yes. If it's just you as an adult going, then that is just fucking creepy.
I will always go to Hollywood Studios if i have one day i love the Hollywood theme the rides are awesome my fave Tower of Terror rock n rollercoaster slinky dog dash
No for me I do Hollywood studios
Always go to the Magic Kingdom first. In fact, just stay there. That way, I have more time and less people at the BEST park, EPCOT.
Epcot is probably my favorite park... but I agree- it's just not Disney without Magic Kingdom!
So hard to make the choice!
I love the music and atmosphere from Epcot but magic kingdom has superior rides in my opinion
@@DFBGuide my mom says Epcot is nerd
For me, it's very confusing. I go to MK and say "Oh, this is the best". Then, the next day I go to AK and "this is my favorite!", and so it goes throughout my whole stay. So, I realized that my favorite is whichever park I'm in. They are all so special in their unique way. Really, I just can't pick one. That being said though, I always follow this ritual: first day, Magic Kingdom; last day, Epcot, no matter the length of my stay.
YES! THIS IS ME!!
Same! I begin the trip with Magic Kingdom to get that "I'm at DISNEY!" feeling, and end it with IllumiNations at Epcot, which I adore. But every time I've walked into Animal Kingdom I've been in awe of the place, and Hollywood Studios, even as my "least favorite" park, still holds a special place in my heart. They're all so great in their own way. Disney did an excellent job of making all of them "must do" destinations. Studios is possibly going to by-pass Animal Kingdom for me with the new additions. Can't wait!
Mônica Santos my first park mk then Epcot
One time when I was like 4 I saw one of the princesses at Epcot and the next day I saw her somewhere else and went up and said “I saw you at Ihop” instead of Epcot.
Depends... kids magic kingdom... no kids epcot
I agree
I would tend to agree
My kid is more excited about Epcot. She loves food and space.
Ryan Andrews I’m 15, I started liking Epcot better about 3 years ago. It kind of depends
Kiddos love Epcot
In 5th grade I went to Magic Kingdom and in my first year of middle school, I went to Epcot. Magic Kingdom: went to Splash Mountain, Tea Cups, The Laughing Show, Carousel of Progress, People Mover, Haunted Mansion, and Peter Pan including 2 restaurants. Epcot: went to the Big Ball, Mexico Ride in Mexico, Test Track twice, and Mission Space Orange including Starbucks and grabbing junk food here and there. Personally, I recommend Epcot. The bigger rides are more available and make it fun with a scavenger hunt, you'll love it!
tell me you’re privileged without telling me you’re privileged ^
Epcot is hands down my favorite
If I could only visit one park, I would absolutely choose EPCOT. EPCOT has always been my favorite park. I love the World Showcase and all the pavilions.
It's so fun there!
I agree with you...mostly. If it is your first visit to WDW and you can only do one park then Magic Kingdom is where you should head for sure.
For me though, since I have experienced all four parks a couple of times now, I would choose Epcot. I just feel so peaceful when I am there. I love the atmosphere. I love the background music they play, especially in the Land Pavilion and inside Innoventions East. I love World Showcase. I really enjoy the rides in Future World (and W.S.). Of course the food is awesome. And I love, love, LOVE IllumiNations!!! Also, Epcot is more of an "adult" park and M.K. is definitely more for the "kids".
It's funny though, my dad just went to Disney World this year for the very first time and he was so excited to do Epcot...but he ended up liking Magic Kingdom more because he said it made him feel like a kid again...and he is 66 y/o!
I think the review was very objective. I do believe Magic Kingdom is the park to visit. But i cant deny I love Epcot. Is so cool to travel the world in just a few hours!
Yadiel Nieves yup
Both are great. Each fits its theme great. Magic kingdom is more kid friendly and more stuff to do. While Epcot is more scenic and seems to be more of a showcase than actual attractions(nothing wrong with that) and kids might get bored after a while
Epcot no question, Magic Kingdom is awesome and the castle with happily ever after is second to none but I always have a better time in Epcot its more of a relaxing day and I dont feel rushed and and wait times are not long, its more kid friendly these days with rides also. My 9 year old had a better time at Epcot also. We just got back a couple of weeks ago wish we were still there.
Thanks for sharing! What did your 9 year old love the most about Epcot?
DFBGuide Mission Space, Nemo, soaring and frozen. He also loved the different performances in the countries. He didn't show as much enjoyment in Magic Kingdom as he did in Epcot. We actually went twice to Epcot this trip cause we got there late one day cause he was sick so Disney guest relations gave us a free day cause they felt bad...you can't beat Disneys customer service. We can't wait to go back next year for Christmas time, we never did Disney around Christmas....it should be a blast
Has to be Magic Kingdom, you can't go to Disney World and not go to Magic Kingdom. I personally prefer Animal Kingdom but Magic Kingdom is quite literally the most Magical. The Magic Kingdom fireworks are the 10th wonder of the World... 😂
SqueakyBumTime f, what are 8 and 9?
8 is the backside of water of course
@@AppleGaming4Real
Didn't Walt Disney say that Disneyland was the 8th wonder of the world?
*ahem* It could be 9th, backside of water was discovered first
I totally agree, animal kingdom is definitely my favorite
just me there? Epcot, I could do all the things I want to do that the rest of my family doesn't lol
Magic kingdom is always packed while Epcot is much more relaxed and the music is better ;)
Yee McGee I love the music at Epcot from the Entrance BGM to Celine Dion singing me out of the park at night. My favorite is the Land Pavilion Interior music (basically the Soarin' queue music). I could sit in there for hours listening to that beautiful music.
My favorite disney theme is Star Tunnel from space mountain
It all depends on what you truly like. I prefer Epcot but I also like Magic Kingdom.
Whatever strikes your fancy then do it!
MsWDWFAN1 yup
As an adult my perspective has changed a bit on these two parks! If it's an adults only trip, then I think Epcot (especially if your husband isn't a big Disney fan!), but with kids definitely Magic Kingdom! Both parks are so great and unique though!!!
Magic Kingdom for kids/families/first timers, Epcot for adults/teenagers who’ve been to Disney World before or just want something more mature.
Eh, depends on the kid. When I was a girl I insisted on Hollywood Studios for the Indiana Jones show, the 3D Muppet theater, the backlot ride, and of course Star Tours. Now as an adult I can appreciate the classic Disney you get with Magic Kingdom as well as the cultural experience that is the World Showcase.
I've been going to WDW my whole life. From the long trips, to the only there for a day or two or three. Have to say usually only hit up MK once and spend majority of time in EPCOT. If we can only go to one park it is always EPCOT. And Illuminations is completely under rated, see it multiple times a trip, cry every time, have even written a paper on it. I love everything about Disney but EPCOT forever has my heart.
Love this! Inspires me to do a video ranking all four parks with this kind of a point system.
Thanks I was really confused about which park to visit and your video helped out a lot
I agree with you...but I'd still choose Epcot! It's my favorite park too :)
We love both parks! If we had only one day, it would likely be Magic Kingdom simply because how can you go to WDW without seeing Magic Kingdom?
Epcot. Because there aren’t a bunch of little kids running around and it’s not as crowded. You can walk around Epcot all day and not ride a single ride and you can be satisfied. You can’t say the same for Magic Kingdom.
Thomas Mattison I love how relaxed Epcot is.
Steve H. Yeah I could stay there all day and be happy. I don’t think I could say that about magic Kingdom.
I was just at MK yesterday, really, really crowded.
I'm going back to WDW later this year, probably for Epcot.
How's Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom?
Icybubba Hollywood Studios is my least favorite park, I don’t know about others. There is not that much to see there so usually half a day there is good. Animal kingdom is really cool and there is a lot to do.
Thomas Mattison it also depends on what time of year you go because magic kingdom is more crowded at some times and not so much in other times of the year
If you ask me, EPCOT is better because they have a very large variety of foods, but Magic Kingdom mostly has hot dogs and burgers, in a lot of places. EPCOT on the other hand has food from a bunch of different places, and not just American food. So that's why, I say EPCOT. Also because it has Test Track but that's besides the point
Funny Gamer 13 magic Kingdom has space mountain and splash Mountain
Sebastian Torres Splash mountain breaks all the time and you rarely get wet on it, and space mountain has significantly decreased the speed on it over the years (I no longer find space mountain to be fun)
Cody Carson but those are classics
Sebastian Torres I agree, however, Disney needs to do a better job at maintaining their old rides.
radio cc yup
EPCOT! :D
Love AJ’s voice, it just feels so Disney 😅 absolutely addicted to DFB right now!
I would love to see a blizzard beach vs typhoon lagoon video!!! you make such great content here, keep it up!!!!
Thanks for sharing!! I think I’m choosing magic Kingdom, just needed some advice.
I have been to Epcot. I went 11 years ago with the family. So next time I go to Florida I’ll be checking out magic kingdom.
I think Magic Kingdom is great especially for first timers but my favorite hands down is Epcot. I’d pick Epcot every single time if I only had one day. Illuminations is my favorite night time show followed by the Star Wars show. Illuminations always gets me emotional, I love the music, so much that I bought the Epcot soundtrack. You really can’t beat the food at Epcot either. I love the fish and chips in England and the beef udon soup in Japan.
Steve Franco me too
So excited for this video! My first ebook includes Magic Kingdom and Epcot and the Orlando International Airport so this video gives me some great ideas 💡 thank you!
We love Magic Kingdom but I favorite is Epcot! We love the food and the slower pace. The crowds are usually not as bad as MK and parents are usually nicer to their children. I think the crowds and expectations of everything Mickey at MK overwhelms a lot of children and their parents.
I have to go with EPCOT
I think another category to consider is crowds. EPCOT, by it's design, can handle crowds better. Wider walkways, a much bigger park, and more spots off the beaten patch could give it another tally in its column.
Aj... You are dead on for this one. I agree on all the points!
This was a very helpful video thank you , but please detail the info about the rides.😀😀
Whatever park I'm in at the time, or watching on UA-cam at the time, is my favorite at that time!
I kind of feel the same way!
Dole Whip! MK for sure I always open and close with!
So thankful I have more than one day when I visit WDW. Love DFB, is the 2018 guide ready yet?
Agree with AJ! MK for one day but my favorite is Epcot. Would love to see the Epcot restaurants ranked! There are so many good ones!
We went to both parks a few times when I was a kid. My memories of the Magic Kingdom involve waiting in lines (I believe this was before FP). My memories of Epcot are much more detailed and happier ... I don’t really recall any of the rides beyond the classic Maelstrom (RIP) and Spaceship Earth, but I just remember it being less crowded and everyone being more relaxed ...
As an adult, I’m going back to Disney for the first time and since I only have a day trip, I’ll be going to MK simply for the nostalgia and rides. But honestly, if I had two days, Epcot would be the main draw. And if it wasn’t so long since I’ve been to MK, I probably would get a fast pass and just spend some ride time in MK before heading over to Epcot. As it is, I’m very excited about the trip! But Epcot is a magic place, too, and I hope Disney doesn’t stray too much from its vision. Everyone always says Epcot is for the adults, well ... kids get tired of other little kids, too. 😂
Epcot is my personal favorite park. I could wonder around that park all day, everyday. But Magic Kingdom is the embodiment of all things Disney.
and animal abuse
Could you do a review on best cocktails and alcohol prices/ ambiance in general?
Hiii soo any hints or ideas to get THE MK ROOM!?! A girl can dream...
Could you do this for blizzard beach and typhoon lagoon?
@DFBGuide is it possible to re-look at this comparison for a potential 2020? Especially with Star Wars hitting WDW at the end of this year?
Do you have a vedios talking about best places to stay off property within 5 miles of magic kingdom and epcot
Just got back yesterday from 5 days in WDW. Have to say, and I never thought I'd say this, but Illuminations looks really sad when compared to Happily Ever After. Those fire works are truly spectacular! Hope I never have to go to just 1 park at WDW!!
jackpast I always plan 2 days in Magic Kingdom and at least 1 in the other parks.
jackpast yes Happily Ever After is technically amazing and IllumiNations is very dated...but....IllumiNations is so much more moving and has a good, powerful message. When Celine Dion sings "We Go On" I always feel so much emotion inside. Happily Ever After is dazzling but doesn't deliver on a story/message or any emotion...imho.
i havent seen happily ever after yet...and im a passholder! lol i admit i was salty for MONTHS! wishes had sooooo much emotion and a great message...im ready to see it now but i just dont know if it can hold a candle to the feels i got from wishes that i still get from illuminations but i will 100 agree with you on hoping i never have to do just one day in the parks!
I just got back from a 7 day stay . Those fireworks at happily ever after size was insane . But Epcot was definitely better for my family and I . We went to Epcot 3 times in those 7 days and magic kingdom only 1 time .
we did a one day at Magic Kingdom but it was only myself and my significant other. Can't imagine staying at MK with kids for just a day. You'd have to spend atleast 2-3 days, even 4 days to fully experience it all. As for us, we bum-rushed everything lol.
I will be there in April so this is great in helping me decide what I want to do. Thanks. First timer.
I liked the living sea ride at Epcot. That was my fav ever
Going this year! First timers for my wife and two kids. I went when I was in preschool but it is a blur. I need help! We are doing Magic Kingdom for sure, but we can’t decide whether to choose Epcot, HS, or AK. My kids are 10 and 6 and I wanna make sure they have a blast.
Here are a few video ideas I would like to see! 1) Where to take your group to eat at Epcot if you have no ADR’s, and you honestly just wanna wing it / go where the wind blows. Which restaurants are most likely to be able to seat you, and when are they least busy? 2) Hoop de Doo vs Spirit of Aloha 3) Pirates & Pals vs AKL Night Safari 4) Starbucks vs Joffrey’s (I met some coffee snobs who told me that Joffrey’s espresso is actually amazingly good quality stuff! True??)
has anyone done the dessert viewing for the fireworks show at night? I'm debating if its worth the money and if the view is less obstructed that being in a crowd (ahem I'm 5'1" so being in a crowd kind of sucks) I'll be going in May so I hope that is enough time to book it.
I'd really love to see a "versus" video comparing different resort hotels. My wife and I are planning our anniversary trip and we cant decide between Wilderness Lodge and Animal Kingdom Lodge
From my last experience there, magic kingdom is way more chaotic. There’s crowds, which is expected, but also tons of parades. Whenever we were walking towards a certain area, we always got blocked off of our walking route because of an incoming parade, and it got frustrating. My friends and i were only able to be at each park one day since we were on a school orchestra trip and stuff. Then the fireworks gave my friend medical issues anyway, and while it was 100% not her fault, i just felt so guilty about it. It’s such a nostalgic place to me, and for some reason i felt obligated to make everyone else like it. By the end of the day, my phone was dead and i was 16 hours away from home and it was just a mess. However, the rest of the day before that was still fun!! My past experience was not so great, but in general magic kingdom is such a lovely place. Although i love epcot’s innovative, sci-fi, educational feel. While still being crowded, which is unavoidable, it felt so much more chill and i just loved the vibes it gave. Plus the culture showcase stuff was so fun!! Overall, i love both parks but for all different reasons.
Do both! Park hopping! Choose your favourite rides, attractions and dining you want to do in both parks and you can fit it in!
I am going the 23-26th to Disney World.
I would love to see the holiday video include things for after Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party as well! Love this page, love that you are touching more into the parks as well. Thank you!!!
Taylor -- we'll have our MUST-DOs at MVMCP this year out on Thursday, I think!
We are going to Disneyworld for 3 days with the park hopper add-on and I would like to ask what are the parks that are most popular to go to in the morning and what lesser popular parks we should go to in the afternoon
another brilliant video AJ
EPCOT has always been my favorite. I love walking around World Showcase and seeing all the countries. That's my WDW.
I love the Magic kingdom and Epcot and MGM Studios and Disney Spring So Much
I fully agree with your assessment!
Thanks, Micah!
We stayed at Universal for a week last October. We wanted one day at Disney World too and our three kids chose AK for Pandora as it was their fave ride.
Epcot all day long! Less crowds! You don’t have to dodge a million strollers all day. Better food! Better shopping! Soarin! Festivals! Much more laid back.
Ooh...I forgot about the festivals. But Epcot won on food anyway, so it wouldn't have made a difference in that context. But great points!
Big fan of the topping bar at Cosmic Rays Starlight Cafe in Tomorrowland Magic Kingdom.
They have a good BBQ pulled pork bacon cheese burger that has a large onion ring in it. And the topping bar has lettuce tomato jalapeños French fried onions cooked mushrooms and more including sauces. They even have little containers that you can put your toppings in. Want a container of pickles and a container of jalapeños and a container of mushrooms go for it. People do it all the time. And during busier times of the day the place is packed but it has a large amount of seating inside and outside. It’s worth a try if your someone who enjoys a decent burger.
I agree on everything here!! :)
I absolutely love Epcot, it’s my favorite park. But if you only have one day at Disney, I’d go to Magic Kingdom, just because it’s the most iconic and well known, and everyone wants to take pictures in front of the castle😁
When I'm on my first Dinsey trip I am most excited fke Magic Kingdom. Epcot has a lot to offer too.
AJ and whoever edits these videos rock!
Magic Kingdom I love all Mountain rides I love Seven Dwarfs all roller coasters there I love, in Epcot just Spaceship Earth and Test Track
2:30 when I was going to see it it started raining so they did the rainy day thing
3rd Disney trip and only spending 1 day at WDW this was my biggest obstacle and 1 I couldn’t make some a park hopper of the 2 it is because no kids but we are kids at heart
Absolutely Magic Kingdom! But if I could only see 1 night time show it would be Fantasmic! hands down EVERY TIME!! Another great video Aj!!!
I haven't seen Fantasmic in ages! Need to make a booking!
In my opinion Hollywood studios
Tend to disagree regarding the entertainment comparison. If you are speaking in general entertainment terms, Epcot is a stronger contender than you describe. Epcot also has a bunch of Characters spots, specialty hand's on attractions, live mini-skits/shows, museums, etc in many of the countries including America, Japan, France, Morocco, Italy, etc. Many countries also have entertaining/educational movies about the country itself. Illuminations also seem to include the entire layout. Maybe entertainment should include night-time shows. Can we consolidate? ;-) I do believe Epcot has a slight edge.
i havent been to epcot since 2008. i went to disney in 2014 but we didnt just have the extra money to go. i also went in 2014 and we didnt get the epcot park hopper. im going agian this year and were going to epcot!!! so excited
thanks!
EPCOT would probably win of it hadn't totally lost its identity. Get the characters out, open up and update Wonders of Life, bring back Horizons, World of Motion, Maelstrom and classic Journey into Imagination and I think EPCOT would just barely beat out Magic Kingdom.
Zac G not just barely, completely!!!!! That version of Epcot was in all honesty the Best!!!
Totally agree! The country pavilions seem not as authentic as they used to be - have heard several lost their countries' s[sponsorship. And Disney really fell short of pursuing the Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow!!
disney isnt bringing back wonders of life, maelstrom , horizons and world of motion
I know. I just think that doing so would make EPCOT amazing again instead of this stupid confused park that it has become. But you're right. They will never correct course.
they should of kept horizons though, that was a cool ride, the others i can care less.
EPCOT is my favorite. Bigger footprint, spacious, not as congested, beautiful, futuristic, great food.
I love both of these parks. Epoct is better if you want a slow paced day with less people. Soarin is an incredible breath taking ride. The food and drinks are amazing. Epoct also has one of the largest aquariums you can vist for free. Magic kingdom has all the rides but lots of people and waiting for hours in long lines.
Didn't mention Liberty Tree & Skipper Canteen restaurants that are good at Magic Kingdom.
I feel you have to do both parks when you visit. Both are great.
Epcot I love it . I am not a big fan of big rides . I love Test track even waiting in line! It's all good
I totally agree with 98% of what you said but I don't think that Pirates is a middle-of-the-road ride because that's a classic especially considering that they're going to be changing it soon so the classic feel to the auctions part is going to be gone. I also think that the last parade they had is Electric Light Spectro was awhile ago. I love Epcot so much but totally missed the nostalgic way it used to be in both World Showcase and Future World. Have you ever done a video comparing Disneyland and Walt Disney World? I've been to both and would enjoy reliving my experiences. Both have yummy food choices as well. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my comment and I really enjoy your videos
Bonnie Chiaccio the last nighttime parade at Magic Kingdom was the Main Street Electrical Parade but it moved to Disneyland in 2016.
I loved Cinderella's Royal Table for breakfast. That stuffed french toast. Ive been to Crystal Palace for breakfast and lunch. Although I liked breakfast better both breakfast and lunch are good
Love soarin’ ❤️
3-10 Magic Kingdom 11+ Epoct... Am I right
Make more versus they’re my fav
Oooooh love it !
AJ you said there hasn't been a night parade since SpectroMagic. What about the Main Street Electrical Parade??
It's been a while since I've been to Disney World so I haven't seen the Frozen stuff but I would say I preferred Epcot. I enjoyed the themes of the different countries and the food and I enjoyed the Soarin, Test Track, and Mission Space rides.
Epcot is like a 25 year old Social Studies book that was never updated (minus the good food). Animal Kingdom is now the 2nd park after Magic Kingdom.
Hopefully the new ride in France, huge indoor roller coaster, and finally a new fireworks show will save this tired old dinosaur.
You should do a Versus with the Monorail Resorts. Honorable mention to Fort Wilderness Lodge.
On a similar note: Versus with the Epcot Resorts.
magic kingdom of course by the way i love your channel soooooooo much
In my opinion-
Food: Epcot
Entertainment: I think Magic Kingdom wins this one just because of Festival of Fantasy. Plus you have the various holiday stuff. However you ignoring Turtle Talk With Crush.. giirrrllll...
Atmosphere: I gotta go Epcot on this one too! It's just so Hopeful. Magic Kingdom just isn't these days.
Nighttime Shows: Before Happily Ever After? Epcot. And then Happily Ever After came along and now the only thing that beats it for me is Fantasmic. So feh. Yeah Magic Kingdom here wins.
Rides: EPCOT. Oh my GOSH Epcot. Why? Soarin and Test Track. Boom.
Winner- Epcot.
Magic kingdom and Epcot have got some of the my favourite magic kingdom
1. Splash mountain
2. Buzz lightyear space ranger
Epcot
1. Soarin
2. Test track
3. The seas with memo and friends
When are we going to get an (Epcot) Future world only episode ?
In my opinion Magic kingdom is doable if you're fine with missing things. In the beginning days of my family's Disney escapades, we had a one day magic kingdom visit. I was eight at the time, and from the child's point of view it felt rushed. My parents ( fellow Disney mega fans)were hurrying my younger sister (6 at the time) and I to all the different rides, shows and parades in such a short timeframe, and in 100 degree heat (it was august). Even though rides were fun, almost everything apart from that (sauf the monorail) proved to be stressful , as everyone was very anxious not to run out of time and miss something, screw up the itinerary or, god forbid- miss the fireworks (something we now regularly do to get short wait times on rides 😂) Even though My family loves magic kingdom, with the abundance of attractions it makes it near impossible to hit everything. But, if one day is your only option and you know what you/ you and your family want to do, it probably wouldn't be as stressful or rushed. It is the quintessential Disney park, and the magic there is undeniable.
I agree with you about that, there's just too much at the Magic Kingdom for me.
Epcot is my wife's and my favorite park. Though I know most people will choose Magic Kingdom and can totally understand why, Epcot is incredibly "magical" for me. I first went to Epcot in 1983 when I was 18, just after it opened. I fell madly in love with the play. Absolutely the most unique park of any kind. As far as the scores: Food - Epcot. For obvious reasons, lol. Just a total food mecca; Entertainment - Magic Kingdom. For pretty much the same reasons you gave. Epcot could do a whole lot better here; General Atmosphere - Epcot. This is the clincher for me. MK definitely has incredible atmosphere for us. But Epcot's our personal favorite; Nighttime Show - Epcot. We just love Illuminations; Rides - An ever-so slight edge to MK for me. MK has the sheer numbers, but also has some of our favorites. But Epcot has a lot of our favorites as well. Great video. Really look forward to them.
It's so tough to make the choices. Like I said, I'm an Epcot devotee from way back, too! Thanks for your detailed comment. It was really fun to read your thoughts!
