Open Air2 is my go to reverb now. Nothing beats it considering the control it gives you.

I've only in the last few weeks come to appreciate how reverb is so important in a mix. Open Air looks and sounds great.
I just discovered the Big Drums preset and all I can say is, WOW! Open Air2, is my new go to drumverb.
Thanks, I'm ashamed to say I haven't used open air reverb in the 10 years I've been using studio One, just mix verb and room reverb....You hear this so much in the new cool music being produced. This program is vast and I love it so much.. Love the videos.... 🎸🎶

Open Air 2 sounds pretty awesome. Gregor, can you ask the S1 team to give the phaser and flanger the same treatment the chorus got? I use a lot of FX processing so this would be really nice for me!

Re: ducking, is there a particular reason to put the compressor after the reverb versus before?
Hi Stephen, the Compressor being behind the Reverb makes the effect a lot more obvious, it's a stylistic choice. If the Compressor would be before the Reverb, then the effect would be more subtle, since the room itself is not expanding and contracting in such an extreme way. This is a good example where the order in which you apply the effects is determined by your artistic intention. I'll cover this topic in another video soon! -GBY
Could I make a impulse response from my recording room and use it to cancel out the "room" sound from the recording?

Hey Gregor, I have a problem where if I mixdown a channel with Open Air 2 it disables intermittently when listening back to the mixdown. How do I fix this?

Yeah, this duck down reverb trick is kind of punchy, 'in your face' vocal reverb effect and occurs more frequently in modern productions these days.😊

The Newest update crashes all my projects now after update, I had to revert to previous version to open my sessions .. I have a Professional recording studio and can't afford downtime ..
Had the same issue. Make sure you’re not using the AU version of your plugins. They’re no longer stable.

Please add the option to create midi, to be able to work with general midi, this is necessary for those of us who work creating sequences for pianos and the pianos can detect the sounds that we assign, it is the only thing that studio one needs, I am forced to work on cakewalk to be able to do that work and I really don't like it, please I ask you to add this function.

Im using Studio One 6 professional on windows and i dont see the download for the 3d ir's anywhere.

I only use Studio One in stereo I don’t like the Atmos and immersive additions to the DAW they don’t seem necessary.
