Un "what if" davvero breve,ma intenso, senza contare il fatto della copertina che mi ha totalmente sviato e soprattutto l'orario totalmente inaspettato. Grazie per questa tua piccola perla Kishi 💚
Lol! 😂 I do love this video, but I also want to take this time to analyze why Ymir never rebelled. The thing about having an enslaved mentality is that your mind is literally trapped to the point where you don’t know any other possible way to live except servitude and suffering. Imagine if since birth or early childhood, you were brainwashed to believe that you are only property, deserving of nothing, not even having ownership of your own body. No amount of power you have could ever convince you to rebel because you are still enslaved in your mind. Part of it is Stockholm Syndrome, but it’s really so much more than just that since you have no knowledge of any other possible way to exist in this world. I don’t even think anyone told Ymir before she was enslaved that she had the option and right to be free, which is why she could barely even imagine that possibility. Had that happened, she may have rebelled a long time ago. Young children especially need A LOT of reassurance and encouragement, something Ymir never received in her entire life. Eren was quite literally the first person EVER to tell her that she was human and thus deserves the right to choose for herself what her life will be like. It’s also interesting and worth noting how Eren had a mentality of freedom while still trapped inside the walls, whereas Ymir had an enslaved mentality despite having the overwhelming power of the Titans. It even goes back to not being able to see anyone’s eyes. They are all a slave to something, even the king is still a slave to something whether it be greed, wealth, Ymir’s power, etc. ALL of them have an enslaved mentality in some way shape or form, which is why none of them make an effort to change their society for the better. Basically, the overall point I’m trying to make is that you can be someone who builds entire cities in a day, you can be someone who sees the future, you can be someone who wins every single war and battle, you can literally possess all the powers of the universe, but you will never, EVER be truly free unless you are first free in your mind.
Yeah, I feel so bad for lil precious ymir, she didn't deserve being a slave😭, then having to have his kids after he tried to kill her😭 just to have her family eat her after she died, I almost cried 😭
Ah, if only Ymir had a free will...and actual functioning braincells. No like seriously, she was literally too OP for anyone to kill her. She could've gotten revenge from the king for burning down her village and she could've just ran away and live a peaceful life while staying hidden.
Yea kill the king and spend the rest of her life running from nations who either want to kill her or control her. She would have ended up killing millions of people anyways. Best thing she could have done is hide alone in some isolated part of the world until she would died.
Ymir could literally became like Daenrys, a Titan Queen if you will. She could very well be the Tyrant. Actually in second thought the idea of Ymir with free will is absolutely terrifying because she doesn't stop existing even after death.
This is a certified Eldian classic. Honestly it's really surprising she didn't kill him and become the God-Empress of the Eldians. Even if she was in that "dunno how to not be doing what someone else tells me" mindset it's a miracle that someone else didn't use the fact that Fritz mistreated her, someone everyone worshipped, feared or both, as a basis in of itself to get rid of Fritz and take over, getting her on side by simply treating her better - *especially* if it was known that she wasn't actually Eldian, just a girl who'd been captured by the Eldians. And you can kinda see that she was mistreated just from her clothing, lack of jewelry, having to walk by foot next to people on horses, etc. Actual rulers were a lot more prone to having their wives, women who were usually just a means of getting alliances and making babies, dripped up from head to toe, jewels and nice dresses and all, because firstly that marked those women as the king's wife and therefore not to be messed with (even if a king didn't care about his wife, just for the sake of reputation he kinda had to respond with absolute brutality to anyone doing anything to her) and to flex his wealth as he could afford to have a dripped up wife. Fritz is practically inviting opportunities for someone to kidnap her and be able to travel with her right next to them and nobody question it cos she's dressed like a peasant. We've all seen how prone she is to Stockholm's syndrome. Literally one successful kidnapping by her worshippers who lavish her with comfort, food and pampering and Fritz is triple fucked. It's kinda obvious from how she stared at that wedding that she wanted love and adoration, which kinda fits for an orphan with no parents to pay attention to her who proceeded to be known as the kindest girl around - almost like she's trying to get attention and validation from everyone. Know what's gonna provide a world of attention and validation? A cult that worships you, or a rival of Fritz who pieces this stuff together. Honestly if I were a Marleyan soldier and saw her next to Fritz, I would've thought that he must've left Ymir back home and the girl next to him was a side chick or a woman who'd sold us out by giving the Eldians information or something. After being conquered and wanting to regain independence, it'd be real obvious what to do. Then again, maybe that's exactly what the Marleyan soldier who killed Ymir was planning to happen. He tried to kill Fritz, not Ymir, even though Ymir was the superweapon that built Eldia. Almost like it was obvious that once Fritz was gone, almost anyone could swoop in and take over the instant they got Ymir's loyalty, which obviously doesn't come at a particularly high cost.
and if there was someone just once showing kindness to her, she would prob in her titan form wander the world looking for that person isntead of returning to the king
From the thumbnail. I thought it was gonna be one of those Eren: "I have made a terrible mistake" or something moments. I like this better. Also I imagine after eating King Fritz, she pulls her upper body out of her titan and says. "Fuck you Eldia, Fuck you Marley. Kill each other if you want to. I'm out this ho." Then just walks away."
Nice ending, although I suppose when all is said and done, people would just find another way to use the power of the titans to kill their enemies anyway and history would be very different, and probably just as bloody. Woulda been interesting to see where such an AU unfolded though.
If only that had of happened to the royal Frizz from the start that way the world wouldn’t have to endure the Titan domination, the devouring as well as Eren’s Rumbling.

Considering how Fritz is like and how Marleyans act, she’s best off eating every soldier there and then going to live the rest of her life as a hermit.
I'd find it interesting if this Alt timeline goes with Ymir joining Marley, but as maybe something like an Oracle.

@@rexlumontad5644 probably. But that can be suspended by causing them to psychologically break and maybe worship her.
@@Xylospring Oh yeah good point
@@rexlumontad5644 well i this scenario Ymir obviously isnt the same person she is in the canon one, since she has a sense of self worth and a will of her own here. And in that case even if Marley would want to use her as a weapon, why the hell would she let them do that? She is the only person with this power and she is literally invincible. This video will be 10 years old one day
She was simply in love with the king.
A submissive and harmful love. From her flashback you can easily guess it

This is A MASTERPIECE... YMIR DOES DESERVE IN THE STORY. AND THE RUMBLING WOULDN'T OCCUR. 🦄😱😍😱🦄 Love it!
Your thumbnail has fooled me again my friend , first with jiraya video and now this , well played
Moral of the story: Always be mindful of your actions everyone. Try to keep calm.
now I can finally understand the reason why the time traveling are so dangerous.
This is the ending we needed
Ah, if only Ymir had a free will...and actual functioning braincells.
No like seriously, she was literally too OP for anyone to kill her. She could've gotten revenge from the king for burning down her village and she could've just ran away and live a peaceful life while staying hidden.
Or became the new queen and free everyone from slavery
For a girl with two spines she sure is spineless
Yea kill the king and spend the rest of her life running from nations who either want to kill her or control her. She would have ended up killing millions of people anyways. Best thing she could have done is hide alone in some isolated part of the world until she would died.
Isayama try to be clever.
@@yep1486 Imagine if she married Helios the brave marleyan soldier instead.

This is at "How it should have ended" tier hahahaha
this is so satisfying, wish she would have done this, this king is the only one who is hated in aot, even gabi got out of hatred.

The fact that Isayama tried to Mirror Ymir's love towards Fritz and Mikasa's love towards Eren is pretty much a fucked up decision (139)
@@danvin4292 spoiler warning
he wasn't trying to mirror the relationships. In 139, the big message that mikasa is showing to ymir is that she can have loved someone (the way she loved eren, the way ymir loved fritz) and still eventually come to a decision to end them because of their actions.
It's canon that Eren has the memory of piping his mom through his father's eyes, and getting pounded by King Fritz from Ymir's pov
I always thought history of Ymir would be her building a kingdom and commiting horrible things to other nations. And when she finally died her memories of what she had done while she lived would hunt her so bad for 2000 years. Something like that..
This makes so much more sense than the ending where Ymir actually loves Fritz. Which makes no sense
Stockholm Syndrome I guess
Eren : because i wasn't born into this world 😌✨
I live in a country where freedom is valued more and demanded so AOT is like a craze over here and whatever happens happens for a reason so let's watch 🤙
What country if I may ask?
Freedom are you from usa just like its history where limen shot the pig and almost started a war good thing a general stoped it
What would be even funny is that Eren just appears and starts talking to her, like he did with Grisha.
Everyone talks about how it should have ended but nobody talks about amazing Evangelion reference in this video. 😢
Realization that Eren can influence the past through memories but in Ymir'r case he didn't intervein because he knew he can win her side over if he let her be used by the king for years, Then when time to claim the power for himself he instilled that pressure and that vision of freedom telling her she is free and that he will make the world right/fix. Eren did not look it at first but he is extremely clever to be planning this all the way up till now. Crazy
Eren can only influence holders of the ATTACK TITAN, not just any titan shifter. You need to pay more attention to the story...
Whatever Eren would say would be useless, because love is blind.
You should really stop using the theory because your brain isn't made for that . How in the hell you think he can do that he still love his friend and want them to exist he dosent have to give his life for anyone . Marley government killed thier people not eren
