I made a brew of this commander, but went for a ton of creatures and Syr Konrad. He pings everyone when I mill creatures AND when I exile them to get K&K back from the 'yard. It is a bit vulnerable, so I've got some beaters in there to kill people if I can't get the combo to go off.
Don't forget about moonsilver key to tutor the alter. It's really budget friendly :D

Also, Sun Titan (or Danitha) + Kaya’s Ghostform (or equivalent aura) = infinite sac fodder
With abdel and any ricks you can also produce infinite mana in the same loop
