I rode this in a sleet storm several years ago. I had to melt the ice off of my glasses at the end. I love the coasters. Come on Karen, drop the hammer and go!

Hello Mike and Karen from Michigan. My brother and I rode the Mountain Coaster during the day and at night last year. We never used the brakes once. I am 74 now and he's 75. Next time Mike, ride by yourself and don't use the brake. Almost boring. Just kidding. Have fun.

I applaud Karen for going on the coaster. I would have been scared to death. Roller coasters are not my thing at all. The October ride sounds like a blast. My grandkids would enjoy that.

I LOVE riding those coasters simply because I can control the speed and the views are usually awesome!
I don’t know how hard it would be for me to get off and on one now, because I’m battling OA in both of my knees, so I have to be very careful about twisting or turning them getting on and off something like that😢

Fast is fun
I'm not a roller coaster person either but the mountain coasters are a lot of fun, especially since you can control the speed. When we were in Gatlinburg four years ago we tried to do the Moonshine Mountain Coaster but it was shut down due to turkeys on the tracks 🦃 so we ended up going to the Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster. Even my 80 year young mother in law wasn't afraid to go flat out on that. She was only afraid of losing her dentures 😁

Hopefully they didn't let the people go behind you for at least 5 minutes. I would say most go full throttle. It totally ruins the ride for those who can't do that. So glad you warned them ahead of time. Enjoy the ride.

dosed off a couple of times. 🤣🤣🤣 I'm just kidding. I have to do the same thing. Once I know what it feels like and what to expect, I'm good to go. I do believe when you go back, you will be more comfortable and will want to go a little faster. Mike did a great job. Glad ya'll survived. I hope my man, Big T, Is feeling better. Hugs 🤗 and kisses 😘 to him. My little dog broke out on his belly with a rash that turned to blisters. Took him to the vet and he has staph infection. Who knows how or where he got it. He's on strong antibiotics and antibiotic ointment. All wrapped up so it won't spread. Prayers for my whole family including my doggie, Buddy.
