Nice content . Kiriri is the 1st richest and has very tight security bro . Possibility is that even you can’t find many videos from there ! The 1st quality bricks are so strong and becomes even more stronger when one builds with enough cement . The price of one house there is 68,000 to 90,000 $ depending on many factors. There are some houses still in Burundi that values at 180,000 to 200,000$ . It’s true the gap between rich and poor is huge but again, this country is still virgin in many sectors .I would advice investors to open their eyes wide and see the potential this country has ! Only for the wise . It’s my hope to see Burundi among the richest countries in Africa . Anything is possible.
There is an other area called Gasekebuye I think is way better and bigger than that quartier mirroir, but I appreciate so much your content dear Thee Pluto,, umenikumbusha my mother land aki it has been 8 years since I left😢😢
Thnks pluto at least you can show the positive side of our Africa,, most have shown how African are poorly struggling but the truth is Africa is Rich and beautiful but they choose to show the world the miserable Side🎉🎉🎉go go🙏🏿👏👏👏💐💐💐
@@preciousapparel-v9d Yes,I saw Rwanda from this channel and could not believe it was Rwanda coz what I saw looked like Zurich Switzerland and the advanced infrastructure was so amazing,,this is a good example to all African countries,we need to wake up
Pluto I think Kenya is far more developed and expensive.. And sometimes when I watch videos and documentaries I think there's more opportunities outside.. Also consider the clay coz back in nyanza they're usually used

Nice 👍 one I have really like their etate it's much cheaper and affordable compared to back here ,to my surprise it's 2km to the capital city and also to the Airport.
in western part of Kenya they also use this mode of building you can check Kakamega there are a lots of stones in Kakamega but most of houses are build with clay and cement.
Stones are so expensive bro We prefect red bricks because its what we afford, but when God blesses us with money,we shall be using stones❤❤thanks for travelling with us🎉🎉
Wewe ndugu unaongeya sana lakini unatakiwa kuuliza is not very rich n area in bujumbura that's one new place in bujumbura has many great and beautiful and expensive
This is a new district that's why the roads are still Underconstruction and trust me there is many more rich neighborhood I'm living in Burundi @Thee Pluto Show there is also average neighborhood.
Clay bricks actually has longer lifespan than blocks they also use them here the USA for commercial buildings like factories.. or even basement/foundations
Thee Pluto hapo uko sehemu kunaitwa Buterere hapo ndio nyumbani kabisa I wish ningekua hapo ningekutembeza nakumbuka nikiwa mdogo tulikua tunalima hapo back.in 2008 kuendelea nyuma mahindi ya hapo ni poa sana
Nice one Pluto but kaka time yenye ulikuwa Uganda ulikuwa namganda mwenye alikuwa akikutembeza and even in Rwanda you had someone. Sasa mbona in Burundi hauna hata mrundi mwenye atakukwambia mazuri yote ya Burundi na history ya Burundi?
Its a rwandaise who making kim visite a blind and a death they also have a video where they seating an a table where they talk negativities of burundi that table was a killing table where the only spoked negatives only.and that Rwandans guy was the high priest on that table
Wow!!!!....no cars on the roads. It's amazing how different African countries are. Crossing borders means getting ready for something new. Bunjumbura looks beautiful but lonely and deserted.....almost like a ghost city. I'm beginning to understand how fuel literally runs an economy. Lack of fuel in Bujumbura has paralyzed everything apparently.
Actually that's not a road he was inside a gated community. It's private. Only people who live there can get inside. There is another one which is being built in kabezi near Lake Tanganyika. It's the owner's second project. I mean the one who built those houses in the first 3:20 minutes. And plus that area is far from town that's why you don't see many people there.

Good start but you need to familiarise with terminologies used in building and construction. You're struggling to explain practically everything.
