You still have mortgage. Do you allow to do a living trust. And thanks so much for your help. After the living trust signed. What else do we need to do to make it valid. Please advise thanks so much.
Yes, you can still put it in a Trust but there are dozens of steps in an inheritance administration so hire an Inheritance Administration Lawyer to avoid the litigation costing my family a million dollars in Trust Probate.
I am confused about the pour over will. I have listened to many of your videos and thought you would outline in pour over will what is left like the house contents or if a paragraph that says if someone contest this trust they will only receive a dollar, and the balance would to the other beneficiaries as outlined in the trust. Then put the pour over will into the trust. Is that not true? I will have to look at that part a bit more.
The Pour over will say anything you forgot to fund is poured into the Trust but will need to be Probated if above the limit. It is used by lazy Estate Planners who don't do yearly checkups like NICER approved inheritance administration lawyers who fund, record, monitor, validate, and certify new property at a Nickel security fee, to avoid the Probate Dime, or Trust Litigation Quarter to 50% in billable litigation hours. The one-dollar statement is a waste of time since greedy trustees use it to victimize their fellow grantees with forged documents, avoided with NICER Forgery Proof Legal Documents.
I reside in Florida but own two properties one in Maryland and one in DC which I wish to leave for my four children. In my case which is better a Will or a Trust
