Yeah him, Larry Dunn Of Earth, Wind & Fire and Bernie Worrell of Parliament/Funkedelic along with session musician Greg Phillinganes had that unique & iconic piano/keyboard/Synth sound that people tried to imitate to this day but can't never be duplicated.
Damn, this brother still looks young, I think he us one of the must underrated music creator in music, I think he should be talked about more on the same level as a Lionel Richard of the Commendors!

Chris Jasper is one of my favorite Isley Brothers always felt he was fine as hell and it was always all about him the rest of the Isley Brothers could go away in the car I used to cut the album cover just have a picture of him my God he was gorgeous and he still is I was 11 years old then as a little girl and I knew a handsome man when I saw one

Chris Jasper is a legend for the work he did with the Isleys and Isley-Jasper-Isley. He and Ernie were the backbone of the group they did everything. It would have been interesting how they would have turned out if Chris actually sang on the songs he wrote. It was ego thing with the older Isleys but he has a better voice than Ronald. If he had sang lead they might have been bigger than what the already where.
He was/is a humble guy. I didn't know that him and Ernie contributed so much to the group's success and the other brothers got a lot of the credit. Class act all the way.
