I was shy because I lacked social skills and never understood how to interact with people, so I would be quiet as a result. Great insight for those who wants to improve themselves, however in my experience I discovered after some few years that i got drained with these amazing skill traits. So as a human if it's not within our nature it still goes back to where we are destined to be. But different individual may experience for a life long who knows...!
