This is the slavery the Left doesn’t want you to see. Fossil fuels have nothing on the “Green Agenda”. Acquiring the raw materials is just the first step in a massive complex process of poisoning the planet. Refining this material, producing a product (solar panel, battery, etc), then disposing of the spent product after its lost its usefulness, which is only a few years mind you…..all are WAY more toxic to our environment than diesel, gasoline, propane, natural gas, coal, or cow farts. It’s mind bending how gullible people are.

I think you’re trying to turn my original comment into something more than it is. If that’s all that they know, they’re making the best out of a bad situation. If you think otherwise you’re sadly misled friend. This honestly isn’t a dig at you personally, there’s absolutely no need to argue with eachother. I’m agreeing with you. Governments are just a big business, and alot of multinational companies are wealthier that most countries so you can imagine the power and influence they have. Corruption is rife. My original comment was just referring to this particular video, it’s purpose I think was to show how bad this mining is but the irony was that they all mostly seemed to be smiling and happy. The young kid dancing at the beginning didn’t help the video creators angle 😂

The people in the mines choose to be there because of the pay. You want the mine to buy 5 tractors for 3 million (which all goes out of country to a tractor company) and only employ 5 workers, or do you think the thousand of workers would rather have the chance to work ? Many of them came hundreds or thousands of miles to get the chance to work there.

@trekinseattle or maybe he, I don’t know, wants them to provide basic safety equipment and pay something like $10 a day rather than $2 so they can afford to provide for their children and not have to have them work also… probably costs too much for the millions they make from the mines though right?
