@singwith at one point it was out of service for about 2 months because it was getting a phase color change. Perhaps maybe this was the time it did.

There is electricity all over the place. If you've ever been to union station, you'd see that yourself. And also, they have been replacing those old, cylindrical cars with double decker cars, you must not be paying attention.
