My first journey along this road since 1963. So many cars nowadays! Menston Cleasby Road chock a block with parked cars. And they've built a main road right through Otley Bus Station! How on earth do the bus drivers manage? I remember when the trams stopped opposite Kirkstall Abbey.........
I'm glad this video brought back memories. It was my first time in this area. The drivers do a great job navigating the UK narrow roads. I ride different buses and am amazed each time there is a narrow road. Seeing drivers give way to each other, all part of the experience. Thank you for watching and commenting
Otley Bus Station got redone not sure when as I wasn’t born yet but my dad recalls when it got redone

Though the upper deck view ist pretty nice to watch such buses always seem a bit oversized for such narrow and suburban routes.

Is there a daily ticket for the buses in Leeds please, which can be used with all the various bus companies within the city.
My wife and I are visiting Leeds in a couple of weeks, so I am busy trying to work out an itinerary.
We are travelling by train, so have already bought PlusBus tickets for our arrival and departure dates, which will give us unlimited bus travel on those day. For our other days in Leeds, we’ll need to pay per journey, or for a day ticket.
