MENNONITE POTATO DINNER ROLLS! Extra-light and fluffy!

We’ve all been there; you cooked a delicious ROASTED TURKEY complete with SAUSAGE STUFFING, BEAN CASSEROLE, CORN PUDDING and of course MASHED POTATOES. Of course everyone loved the meal, but no surprise, you’ve got leftovers. Thankfully this recipe for freshly made MENNONITE POTATO DINNER ROLLS puts those leftover mashed potatoes to good use. If you play your cards right with a little bit of turkey and a dab of cranberry sauce, you’ll be able to make killer sandwiches. Yay!

MIKE!!!! You kinda just made my day (read year!). These dinner rolls are really fab - one clarification - people asking, is it just boiled, smashed potatoes... or mashed potatoes where I used butter and cream to get 'em creamy. It's the second, seriously wanted to present something that used up the leftovers. Also... if you have a crowd, use a bigger pan, make slightly smaller balls - YAY! Happy Holidays!
The bad thing about watching UA-cam at night is now I'm hungry and already brushed my teeth for the night lol

omg..thanksgiving in a bun 😋..did those mashed 🥔 have milk and butter in them, or just plain mashed potatoes?
MARIE!!! Same question came from one of my sisters - I should have explained better! Yes, the mashed potatoes were made with cream and butter, little bit of salt - served with a meal. Then... next day... they got their makeover!
Can I use them as burger buns?
Hi Romi... thanks for watching and, writing in. Yes, you can use burger buns, but maybe try the recipe with the smaller, slider hamburger buns. Hope this helps!!!
