- Today in our village, we cook goat intestine recipe by making mutton boti fry recipe. We use two types of Intestines and lungs of goats.
Cleaning a goat's intestine is a long process than ever. After cleaning the intestine we boil it and prepared it for cooking.
Finally, we enjoy the boti fry with traditional Jeera rice Mutton Biryani!
