What would really be great is to see a transformation video with before and after and during pics and the story of how you lost the weight, etc. Hope you'll consider doing that!

That double chocolate chip was delicious!!! :) i agree with you on the confetti milkshake. Sooooo good! I’m craving that cookie again.
And i think i am turning into a chocolate lover. I really enjoyed the Brownie Batter. I know, you predicted that i would slowly transform to a chocolate lover.
So excited to eat as much cookies as possible when you come to San Diego!!!! :)

Dude, what is going on with you and chocolate lately? Is the conversion already taking place, lol? Depending on how much we eat on that Monday while I'm in San Diego, I may have to take you to the gym with me and we can work up an extra large appetite. Whatever we end up doing I'm sure it is going to be super fun! Can't wait!

Reese's is actually my favorite candy, and hence I would guess that this would also be my favorite of the five in the lineup. I suppose for the Krispies cookie that all they did was make it in the shape of a circle, just so that they call it a cookie.
I've also been questioned by others about how I can eat a lot and stay slim, when they see me at parties or buffets eating like 8 plates of food, assuming I have a fast metabolism (for the record, I'm 128 pounds that I weighed in yesterday and I'm 5'8"). I even openly admit to them that I didn't eat a lot for a few days prior to the party being clean on my diet, and that I work out for a few hours everyday and sometimes even twice a day. People have the misconception that when they see a person eat, that's how he or she eats all the time. The main issue with most people today is not that they overeat for one day; it's that they don't compensate by eating a lot less on days around it, and instead continue to overeat for months or years on end. Combine that with little to no exercise, and that explains the obesity rate in our country today.

That Peanut Butter Cup was really amazing but the others weren't that exciting this week.
Bro...5'8" and 128 pounds?! You must be crazy lean. I'm also exactly 5'8" and currently weight 225 pounds. I think my legs weigh 128 pounds, lol. It is very common for people to attribute being lean to a great metabolism or just being lucky, but always fail to see just how much discipline is required to control food intake to the degree that is required. Not that I would consider myself "lean", but I feel absolutely great at my current weight, although I would eventually like to trim down to about 200 or so.

@giuseppeferrara952 What type of workouts do you do? I'm 5'8" and weigh about 115. I eat keto and carnivore. Yoga and walking are my main activities. I plan on having a cheat day August 5. That 180 days on sugar which will be a PR for me.

      @giuseppeferrara952 Рік тому

@@treyurquhart4508 I do martial arts, cycling, and running. It's not the same everyday, but some days are two-a-day workouts, each session lasting for a few hours long, and hence why I can get away with a giant cheat meal/day every week.
I'm assuming you actually mean "180 days off sugar." If so, that is some mad discipline to go six months straight strictly clean eating. It's interesting you've planned a cheat day so far in advance on that specific date; I'm guessing you have an event that day or something with friends and/or family.

@@giuseppeferrara952 It's because I have a physical and blood work scheduled at the end of July. I don't want any bad eating to affect it. My choIestetol has been high and want to keep my diet consistent. I'm in great shape and feel great. The cholesterol issue just doesn't make any sense to me. I would love to practice Martial Arts but my left has no cartilage left in it due to all the running I did in my younger days. Yes 180 days off sugar.

@@treyurquhart4508 Makes sense. The blood work can possibly fluctuate day to day. Martial arts is great. Though if you have bad knees, I may suggest one form that is low impact, like Tai Chi.

This week is going to be a no from me dawg. As a person who does not like chocolate or peanut butter, this might be the worst Crumbl week to the point that I paused my weekly 4 pack subscription. Almost every cookie is not for me and I really dont feel like paying $4+ for a glorified rice crispy treat. I got a free cookie from Crumbl for my birthday last week so I might use that for the confetti milkshake if I happen to drive by. Although if it is anything like the confetti cake then I will pass. Anyway great review as always and I'm looking forward to you showing everyone how the cheat meal life is done.
Update about me. I'm doing well. Slowly learning what works for me which seems to be a combination of old and new. So I really realized that I hold unto water like a sponge and carbs are the buckets that hold the water weight. Now I used to cut carbs out completely during my none cheat meal days and this would be fine until I upped my weightlifting days up to 6. With 6 days of working out, I just didn't have the energy to do all 6 with no carbs in the system for the later days. So I incorporated some carbs in the form of protein poptarts and hamburger buns. And my weight was affected by the carbs but since I only weighted myself weekly, my weight didn't faze me as much. Now that I am back to weighing myself daily, I can now see the day by day variance and even though I take the weekly average into consideration, that water weight messes with my data, especially after a cheat meal. So since I am back to only weightlifting 4 days a week, I am also going back to cutting carbs for my non-cheat meals. Funny story with this change is on Saturday of course my weight was up from my cheat meal on Friday. I was bloated but still did my usual Saturday of weightlifting, eating my usual non-cheat meal with the hamburger buns, walking my 14k steps, and even sitting in the sauna to help lose some extra water weight. Weighed myself on Sunday and only down 0.2 pounds. On Sunday did the same except I cut out the hamburger buns and exchanged them for a protein shake to make up for the loss of protein from the buns for 100 calories less. (Using Isopure for 25 grams of protein, 0 carbs, and 100 calories). Weighted myself Monday morning and I was down 7 pounds, lol. And this morning I am down another 2 pounds from that. At this rate, I might get back down to the 150s. Now I know the next few days are going to be tough with no carbs but I am finished with my weightlifting for the week and won't weightlift again until the day after my cheat meal. So that will really help going carbless the next couple of days in which work and walking 14k steps is not too taxing. Eating this way has also helped my binging as the buns were eaten with the hamburger so sometimes I was hungry when I got home from work and I ate then instead of eating before bed in which I would eat again before bed which put me over my calories and sometimes lead to binging. Now with a protein shake, I just have that when I come home in which that keeps me satisfied until I have my hamburgers before I go to bed and this has been keeping me straight along with the daily weighing for accountability sake. So yeah doing what I have to to get what I want. I want to eat and look great and the cheat meal life is simple but not easy. Anyway, that is it for me. I'll let you know my "weekly" weigh-in and average on your next upload as well as my cheat meal this week. Thanks for reading and for the support.

I figured this week wouldn't be that exciting for you. Lots of chocolate and peanut butter and no cinnamon.
Dude, 7 pounds in one day is insane at your weight. That happens with me occasionally but I weigh a lot more than you do and it is still rare for me to drop that much. Carbs certainly make you hold water, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Having more water in muscle cells help you get a better pump and push a bit harder than you would be able to otherwise and it also helps with recovery a bit more, although it is only a minor. All my carbs 6 days a week are completely centered around my workouts. I pretty much only consume carbs right before and right after my bodybuilding sessions. Outside of that, I really don't consume any starchy carbs at all, and it definitely helps cut the water much quicker.
Great job on the figuring out your body even more and getting that unwanted water to come off quicker. Keep up the grind my friend! Looking forward to eating some Crumbl with you in the future!

Happy to see you in the Crumbl discord! Big semi sweet fan right here 🙌 Confetti Milkshake is the only one I haven't tried - the frosting sounds great but I wish it had more whipped cream too. Peanut butter cookies were my favorite as a kid so you can't go wrong with Reese's, but you definitely have to be a huge peanut butter fan for that one. Only one I'm really not a fan of is Rice Krispy Treat, for the price I'd rather see other cereal treats! It is not a cookie

That's right, I remember our conversation about milk chocolate chips vs semi-sweet chocolate chips some time ago. That discord seems like a super fun place. Really enjoy being around other people who also love Crumbl! Even though I love Rice Krispy Treats, and Crumbl's was one of the best I've ever had, it definitely doesn't belong on the menu. Absolutely not a cookie and far too expensive for the calories.
