When the news of Ultratech buying stakes in India cement came ,shares of India cement spikes by 8% on that very day.But interesting point is that before 1-2 days,share already spiked by 18-20%.Why didn't Sebi investiged the matter.All because lot of high influential personality money is involved. That’s only 16% approx ..what’s the problem? SEBI mandates minimal 65% holding of small cap securities. Also large cap are good for quick liquidation, all scheme holds them
