Good video. I thought there’s a trick to attaching it, but there’s no trick.
I wasn’t the only one having problem.
So on the second step, spray a little silicone on it, press into it just like you did, and it should be persuaded. lol
Glad my video shows how much of a Pita it was to assemble the tube. Lube of some sort may help. Too bad I didn't try that, lol
it doesn't matter if its Stihl echo or what ever ,as long as it works for you i actually kinda like that blower hope its still working out for you great unboxing video Young buck many blessings to you
This blower is actually doing wonderful, certainly a good choice over the bigger name brand pro models. We will see how it does this fall if I do any leaf cleanups.
Awesome good deal think as long as you take care of it don't abuse it you'll be good remember big name equipment also have there pro's and Conn's and break downs 👊💵💪
We sell these where I work. I was curious for a replacement for my old Echo but after what I just saw and seeing the parts replacement issue in the comments, I'll just get another new Echo. My leaves are built up heavy like that this year and what I just saw on movement wasn't very enticing for power.
You'd definitely be making the right decision. I went back to my old reliable Stihl backpack
I think I will get one of these soon for my lawn care business for 2024. I love echo and the entry level echo backpack is super comparable in regards to power, but the craftsman is $100 cheaper. How is it still holding up for you?
How is it holding up? Well it was sold the end of the season I bought it. It had already needed new shoulder straps and they were unattainable. I even went to my local MTD dealer and they couldn't get them. I thought the same thing as you. Best bet is to pay the extra $100 for the entry level echo. You will thank me later!
@VanLoweLawnCare Thank you for the tip! The reviews for the echo are also much better, you are right. Probably worth the extra $100.
Pretty cool I'll be following to see how you like this. I'm a Craftsman guy from wayyyyyyy back😂. Take it One day at a time. New sub💯💯💪🏽
Thanks man, and glad to have ya. I've already noticed one thing about the blower that I'll get to in another video sometime. Other than that it does it's job so far.
I have the craftsman 46cc backpack blower going on its second season and I love it but really considering this bp510 really like the looks of it thanks for the video man
No problem, so far so good still. I did change the spark plug to an NGK. I had a few times recently where it ran a little goofy. Not sure if it was the plug, or I may have had to run regular mixed gas in a pinch. I usually run non ethanol mixed gas. Seems fine now.
I decided not to buy it after seeing your video. I bought the Husqvarna BT150 it was on sale today on Amazon for $299 im feeling pretty good about my decision
I honestly don't know much about Husqvarna, but I'm glad you didn't buy the Craftsman. You should definitely be better off with the Husqvarna though!
@VanLoweLawnCare well there a Swedish company making engines since 1689
@@VanLoweLawnCarelove love love the husqvarna. Starts on the 2nd pull everytime and man it blows.
besides the shoulder straps. Did it perform alright doing clean ups? Thanks.
Get rid of the crap factory spark plug and throw an NGK in it, make sure you have good gas and it will do alright. Idk what it's like getting other parts for it if you need them, so I'd still say buy at your own risk!
Yeah it's called a review my friend when you tell people how you like it and and how long you use it and stuff like that that's called a review just trying to help your brother!!!!
man i was laughing when you were putting it together ,in a good way man i would of snapped from inpatients lol not making fun of you i just know if it was me having trouble with that part i would of lost my kool but it was a good video
Do you still have it?
Nope, got rid of it the following year because I needed new straps and couldn't get them. Even took it to MTD dealer and they couldn't get the straps.
Yea but it will not last as long and a echo or shindwa
Yep, in a later video I explained how the straps are already breaking. Good for home owner. Certainly. Being on a trailer even covered for lawn care, I wouldn't recommend that. Probably going to ship it and order a shindaiwa next spring.
