Prison farms help to transform the facilities from punitive places to correctional facilities, equipping inmates with a skill or two to prepare them for their reintegration into society when they are released. The News Room’s Sharda Bacchus has been looking at how prisoners at the Lusignan prison are helping to create a self-sustaining food supply chain.
