I am glad that your old school for cooking your brown stew chicken.I grew up years a year ago and that the way I show how to make it that way. these younger generation cut up chicken season and put it all at once in the pot without individual brown and then they called it brown stew chicken, that I don’t even know what it is. Miss Val, there's not a lot of people on youtube that make natural Jamaican "manjuice" like, peanut punch, frontend lifter, get up-stan up, Irish moss and linseed ect. As mi a getting older, mi realise mi a miss a step or two, an me an sleep always a fight and sleep always a win. No energy and stamina before and after a workout. I need some yard remedy.
