Just tell me one thing that does it tones your hip and legs or not. ? Because my lower body is a bit more heavier than my upper one and I want to reduce and tone my thighs and hips so does it helps ??

I assume you had some fitness to start day 1 with an hours cycle? I’ve got a wattbike which I never use and have decided I’m going to cycle every day for a month after months of inactivity, I did 15 mins and was gona build up to an hour (and more hopefully), might join the 90 day and keep upping the time/ distance
Dude your legs have improved out of SIGHT! Lost 12lb of fat and gained so much more in muscle. Excellent effort
A proper diet followed with a calorie deficit,

12 pounds it’s alot for somebody his size because he’s already small. If larger person was to do this they would probably drop 30 lbs

I love it ! I live in Paris. Trying to gain muscles after some health issues. I was over 53 what is extremely low for me. I should over 65 or at least over 58 as the bare minimum. Now I am almost 59 going to the gym twice a week and now I decided to ride a bike twice a week outdoors. Just started this week and I really feel how it makes my muscles give everything so I can’t eat to see the results
Bro you look like a war survivor in the last pic but I know you feel 100% better, ive been biking ~30km nearly everyday for the last 6 months and this inspires me to keep pushing

So was that FTP bump from the 250s to 330s accomplished over 30 or 90 days? That's one big jump, not many people get an ftp over 330. Well done my man 💪

yes cycling helps everything I find. But don't forget to work your upper body as well to equal it all out.
@@TheHealthyT Ok thank you so much brother .....I am cycling 10 km daily for 24 days now and I have found a little change ...yes it's shaping my legs .....and I am also doing other exercizes such as sit ups , planks , skipping and dumble exercize for arms on daily basis .......
I will continue it for two months more .....I am also taking a healthy diet ....will it make a significant change to my body and will i get the expected results ??

How much resistance did you ride on? I'm a 32 year old woman who bought herself a spinbike with the intention of achieving lean legs ( i have thunder thighs ) spending 1 hour on the bike is not an issue for me. But i do not want muscular bulky legs, I want muscular but lean legs. So could you suggest what/ howmuch resistance i should ride on?
you're mind set is incorrect you act like your legs will become "muscular & bulky" overnight thats like saying
"I want to go to university, but I don't accidentally want to get like a PhD or something."
