Going through my Rahu MD, and Ketu being with lagna lord in natal chart I realized transit of Rahu Ketu made significant disturbances in life. When Ketu was transiting 11th house and Rahu 5th, I had been focused on gaining higher status, but my network circle reduced only to important people. When they transited to my 4th and 10th house, there was change in career path, new job, and lived alone. I was very much obsessed with living at home, and spending on great food/luxuries. I noticed a significant shift in my interest in astrology and religions as the shift happened in 3rd and 9th house. I was also in Rahu-Ketu dasha for the past year so it seemed there was a significant impact made.
My RAHU MD in RAHU AD ends November this year. Sir my lagan is Scorpio with Saturn (26.8°) in 1st house.. my Rahu (19.5°) in 5th house with Jupiter (6.8°) in Pisces house and my Ketu (19.5°) is in 11th house in Virgo.. in Scorpio lagan..is it good❓ Now it is interesting that Rahu & Ketu Gochar is similar to my kundli house placements.. For me, Ketu is going to transit my 4th house. While it transited in my 5th house, it already showed emotional damage from the closest ones. And on that note, I am now this person who is emotionally way less attached to the same people and in the world in general. I don't believe there is any more emotional damage to happen in the 4th house transit than the one already given during the 5th house transit but I absolutely understand why it already happened when it was transiting my 5th house - my Moon denoting the mother, mind, my 2nd house of born family and at the same time, my Darakaraka, happens to be in my 5th house of the natal chart conjunct with 6th and 11th lord Mars.
Exactly I have gone through same situation as you explained.. Emotional damages in relationships affected me so much that now I started to behave in way that I don't have any emotions at all.. 5th house ketu transit has caused huge impact in my life. Now learnt how to be emotional intelligent.
I have ketu in 3rd house in cancer sign, everything what sir has mentioned is completely correct. Constantly disturbed mind and concentration problem. I just don't remember names of places, people, everything. However, with the sadhana of god and meditation, concentration improved and received a lot of peace.
