- First of all Meditation is not concentration. Mediation is relaxation. Simple conscious relaxation. Meditation should be with least effort actually no effort at all. It’s an effortless effort.
There are three golden rules of mediation.
1= I want nothing
2= I do nothing
3= I’m nothing
Knowledge Point
Acknowledge the fact you know nothing about yourself that’s the fact. Or we can say you know every little about yourself. There is lot that you don’t know about yourself.
