Nice channel. I'm getting back into my Baja 5bSS running a 30.5. I have have never played with my gearing. Question is looking for a two speed what brand would recommend? I would like something that get get the front off the ground on payment how low would you go for the first gears? I mostly run on payment and or hard dirt. Thanks

I would say electric but gas you have to build it like a real car so all the runs are different more pride in what you do electric/ Add voltage and go if you go electric build the best not out of the box none of my cars are out of the box just have fun and race
The gearing in my video is for 1/5 scale cars that's what I'm most familiar with and your case I wouldn't run a too large of a gear I know one thing basics if you run a gear a little on the big side that would be fine as long as you have enough power to push it I can ask around with some of my electric guys also you could contact me at speedrun70@gmail.com That's my email

I got a question where do you get the replacement bearings for the King Motor 2 speed can't seem to find them anywhere
What you can do is look up track day hobbies ask for Ray he normally carries the bearings for the two speed

Hey man I run a stock single speed in 45cc Rovan Baja 19 55 but I want to change it to 24 50 just wanted a little advice thanks
It if it's for bashing and more speed you going to be giving up the low end but that's fine because you going to get the speed up put 22

What does a single speed car mean? I have a RJ speed car with 48P 81T & i installed a 19T pinion gear on it.
It's one speed only no two speed only one gear set on drive system why you have is one gear set so it's single speed Drive

i have arrma typhon i run 132 feet with one the best spur and pinion of the best for drag racing scale 1/8
