I'm an old punk from England and I have total respect for this woman, talented, something to say.. amazing voice and growing older gracefully, Joan, you're naturally as cool as f#@k.
saw her in the 90s with Those Bastard Souls (find Debt and Departure - it hasn’t been on streaming apps) - immediately there was this force of nature there to witness - unforgettable - I can still see the band as an image in memory ❤
great interview! Interviewer asks the right questions. And Joan off course is very open. Has no reserves. This combination of interviewer and interviewee makes this a pleasant thing to watch
im a brand new fan and cant stop listening to her music. her writing, playing, vocals are all thrilling. But what I like best about this interview is her unhinged laugh!
Pretty new fan here too; agree to what you find thrilling. I think what caught me hearing her 'Christobel' first time was a sort of the music 'hanging in the air' and the unusual chord changes and her vocals slightly off key but so right and the lyrics and her violin solo! Immediately love!
She’s being interviewed so the questions are about her. Perhaps you’re new to the basics of interview process. Concentrate on learning that rather than spouting childish nonsense.

She is the real deal in terms of talent and such a cool humble person. A rare set of attributes in today’s world.
Strength in vulnerability, grateful for Joan and her thoughtful reflections

A divinely talented and gorgeous soul. Stay blessed Joan!

Love her honesty and grounded way to liberate herself from her own patterns and still create great music.
Beautiful and incredibly articulate…. Being this philosophical about your life is amazingly insightful
I sincerely love this woman, she is so insightfu life to her is a golden prize, I fully appreciate how she describes it x
She's so beautiful
A lot of respect for Joan, such great voice!
I really like your music Joan. I have the album with " We don't own it". I like your style
A thoroughly likeable, articulate, interesting and lovely person.
Love this woman.
OMG The full confessional biopsychosocialspiritual interrogation.
Joan within the 1st 60 seconds you speak the truth x
she is real.
So real
Charmer ♡
this lady is very nice. are you sure shes American ?
😁
hilariously insular. i enjoyed how self-absorbed she is. it's quite entertaining. she should change her meds or something.
you sound like one of her abandoned ex-boyfriends.
Jeff Buckley wanted to marry her, she must be a beautiful soul.
