I love my GMG pizza oven! We love to use bbq sauce as a base with chicken, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Also like the Frank’s RedHot Thick sauce with chicken and bacon with pepper jack cheese as well.

I have to figure out a good temp. Some show oven at 250-300 some say all the way at 430 to get the 800 degree stone temp but it burns the semolina quick so the bottom blackens no matter how many times I turn it. I do love it though just a bunch of trial and error for me.
Same here, so far I start with 250 degrees but my third pizza will most likely burn at the bottom 😭
we've been setting our GMG at 350 & so far it's working well
Question…I used corn meal to slide the pizza off the peel but it burnt on the stone. Maybe I used too much corn meal? I see others using Semolina flour. Will flour burn as badly as the corn meal did?
Gonna have to get a pizza oven for my grill. Photographer is distracted. Can't always see what she is doing, but I can always see her. Haha

Hello is it possible to know the exact outside diameter in cm of the tube that will go into the GMG please
What temp did you have set on the GMG?
It's kind of hard to tell but if you see it at 4:49, it looks like 270 F is the temp at first but then around 5:26 it's 330ish. I think it's one of those things you just have to use your best judgement and mess around with the temp. Definitely use a temp gun for this type of job.
we've been setting our GMG to 350 for the pizza oven & it's worked well so far. just keep a close eye on the pie and don't let it sit for more than 30 secs or so
Use a temp gun.. I run mine at 300… puts the stone over 500 degrees….
